  1. welcome to the HQ. 30? thats not old. there are some guys on here that are older than that, but act like they are 5 anyway, have fun and check the for sale section. tons of parts listed on there that you might need.
  2. these are my last setup before i decided to run the cubs. these cylinders have about 10 hours on them. they were run at LS for a few hours and then some test and tune with gearing and tires here at my house. they made 77hp and 43 ft lbs of torque with rockets and 35mm pwk's. that dyno sheet is on the rocket website. the bore is 60 over and have domes that match this setup. the next bore on these will be 80 over using a blaster piston. the domes will have to be reconfigured for the next size piston which any shop can do. id like to sell the cylinders and stuff complete with the PD cool head but will seperate. the cool head will not come with domes as the domes will go with the cylinders. this setup does not use a spacer plate. you must have an aftermarket head for this setup. they run very hard and you would not be disappointed with them, i have just decided that my cubs run a little harder. i want $650 shipped for the cylinders, pistons, rings, wristpins, bearings, clips and domes. ill take $110 shipped for the head. i will do a package deal if someone wants all of it. i am open to offers as well. make me a reasonable one and we will talk.

  6. the rockets have a pretty decent bottom end to them. i know that on my 4mm stroker they had more on bottom than cpi's did. im assuming on a stock engine results would be similar. dont know anything about PT high revs but i think you would really like the power the rockets give you. otherwise, id go for some t5's.

  8. i run them on my cr500 banshee. last weekend i ran them for the first time at a hillclimb. there was some big ass jumps. they soaked them up no problem. well worth the 250 bucks...
  9. klaws are good but i have found the knarlys to hook harder. either tire will help tons over stock but i really think knarlys hook better.

  11. damn it looks like that piston melted. i would check the cylinders to see if something was catching. otherwise it looks like maybe your right side carb was plugged and caused that bitch to run way lean.
  12. i would say t5's or rockets. i have heard really good things about the rockets on mostly stock engines. i have personally ridden t5's on a stock bike and they will rip. those would be my 2 choices. did you already get an aftermarket head?
  13. youll need to go up a few sizes for sure. are you sure 230 is the biggest you can get for that carb? have you ever considered going back to dual carbs? i think with that 4mm stroker youll really gain some with dual carbs but if you are set on single i would try www.pro-flo.com for some jets....

  16. outerwares are junk. i used to run one but it got a little dirty one time and the fuckin thing wouldnt even run. i quit using them unless i go to the sand. i dont think they are worth the hassle.

  18. he didnt run again but if he had he would have had to run very fast and be really smooth. my second run was real good but it can be improved upon. if it were me, i would have run again regardless. wait till you see the video. the first run looks crazy. of all the bikes there mine def launched and pulled the hardest. i think it sounds different than the other bikes as well. next one is the 22nd of may.   20. dude you have no idea what you are talking about. no replacement for displacement? how about the 350 over on PS thats running faster times than the big 10mm + motors? whats your theory there? plain and simple. setup and rider is the reason for that. so what you are basically saying is that you give any average joe a 100+ hp bike and they can walk on everyone no matter what?? haha get real man. knowing how to get off the line and shift will play the most important part of the race. you can take a 70 hp 350 bike and put a good rider on it and hell beat a shitty rider on a 100+ hp bike all day long. just cuz you have all that power doesnt mean you know how to use it. gearing and tires play a huge part as well. i guess if youre such a badass rider you should hit all the big name builders up and let them know how to ride. hell maybe they will let you just ride their bikes for them since you are the only person around that knows how to "dump the clutch and hold on".
