I'd just like the point out how the original poster listed all his mods and his buddies and then asked what he needed to do to beat him. Sure makes it a lot easier when we know what you're already working with. That said, porting is key. T-6's are built for a stock port motor so you would need to upgrade to something less restrictive to match the porting. It all comes down to how much you want to spend.

It needs to be pretty damn precise. You don't want to go too much with it. Why not just buy a used stator plate from someone on the site? Brand new they are only $30 or so. Try NYUK, he probably has a couple laying around.

Drop the pilot and main down a size and see how it reacts. Since you went up in elevation you should need less fuel. It sounds like you may have been a little rich to begin with. Try a 45 pilot and 158 main and do a plug check to see what the plugs look like.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Serval motors. They're supposed to make good power. I did see that Redline just posted a dyno sheet of a real strong looking 4mm stock cylinder motor he did. I think you can go either way and turn out good on it.
