  1. Those two bikes from Europe might be the ugliest fucking things I've ever seen. That said, if you aren't fully capable and willing to cut and move some frame rails on these conversions, you should just leave a Banshee motor in a Banshee frame. There are obvious pipe issues when trying to leave the frame totally stock. I mean, why not just cut the shit out of the way and design something else? After all, you are already swapping the motor. If I ever build a conversion bike like this, be rest assured that it will be top notch with no corners cut and it will look like it came from the factory.
  2. You're flat out lying. Rick must have beat you in 2010 because he took 2nd in points behind me. In case you don't remember, this is how it looked.. 1 Tyler Clark (5) 111 2 Rick Prebe (6) 103 3 William Shaw (6) 76 4 Austin Welch (6) 68 5 Steve Atherton (6) 66 6 Zach Diercks (6) 62 Seems to me that Rick beat you quite a bit. Shoot, even Austin and Will beat you.. What happened?! Josh and Rick only ran two races in 2011 and Brian ran maybe one. The only person you raced against this year was me. I don't even know why you're bringing up hilldrags. That's not what we're discussing. Regardless of what you think, Will's times are close to yours. If you being 4 tenths slower is close to my times, then Will is DEFINITELY close to you.
  3. You're downright delusional. How can you possibly say at this point in time you're a better rider? Because you won a National hillclimb and an imaginary ATV Rider of the Year award? You do realize you rode ONE good run to get that award. I beat you ALL YEAR LONG in D23. You're kidding yourself if you think that you're deserving of that award and title. The thing is bogus and everyone knows it. It's based on one hillclimb, not a series or anything that has to do with consistency. I am going to state this one more time. I was faster on my 10mm Cub, which is smaller than your 10mm Supercub, than you are now with your Supercub. The times don't lie. The ONLY hill you ran faster than my 10mm Cub on was Red Wing on the FAST SIDE. I ran a 6.7 on the right side there 3 years ago when the hill was twice as rough and twice as hard. Seriously, pull your head out of your ass and look at the facts. I guess we could always bring up your weight advantage too. I have easily 40 pounds on you. You SHOULD be going faster than you have been. Don't even start with the back excuses. You wouldn't be building a 10mm DM if you thought you weren't going to be riding next year. You're just lucky you don't have to race me all next year, which everyone in D23 knows is what you want. You'd rather someone break their bike or get disqualified than actually have to beat them. That's pretty evident when you wanted to protest me at Red Wing this year because I broke my kick start gear and couldn't get my bike started. I had to pull it for 5 minutes, ride to the line with the clutch in the whole time, and then go with no setup or anything. When I STOMPED you by half a second you got all mad and threw a little girl fit and wanted to protest because I didn't run with the class. I thought it was amusing. EVERY time you've broken something on your bike I was right there to make sure you got it fixed. I gave you a flywheel key at Red Wing a couple years ago and I gave you a clutch lever and perch this year, just so that you could ride and so there were no excuses. I'm not a chump like that and I'd rather race everyone and get beat than race no one and win, which is EXACTLY what you'll be doing next year. Oh, and one other thing, quit saying Devil's Staircase is a technical rider hill. It's not. It has one roller and then it's wide open to the top. Everyone on the planet knows that. I can't wait until next year when you have copied my whole setup and still can't go as fast as me. I'm sure the excuses will be flying then.
  4. In an effort to free up the first page of the Repairs and Mods forum, I have created a Tech Info forum for all the pinned links. If anyone has anything they feel would be a good addition to the forum, please let me know. The new forum is located here: BansheeHQ Tech Info Forum
  5. In an effort to free up space on the first page of the Repairs and Mods forum, I have created a Tech Info forum located above Sponsor Spotlight. All of the pinned topics will now be there.

  6. That Lexan is pretty solid stuff. I've never broken one and that stuff is hard to scratch. Sure, over time you will eventually scuff it up, but it will be a while. The stock brake lever will work. I always tweak my levers a little bit to get them to fit better but you should be able to bolt it up and go riding. Are you looking at the cover because you think it looks cool or because you need a lockup?
  7. I've never even heard of them.
  8. Got any pictures? It's not the seal that goes in the side cover is it? There shouldn't be anything else on there.
  9. Are you talking about the actual kicker gear or the gear on the back of the clutch basket?
  10. There should be NO play in the idler gear. Call FAST Racing and get the parts. 785-364-5325. You will need the bushing, washers and clip. To get the idler gear off, you will have to pull the clutch basket off.
  11. Never heard of the guy?
  12. Hahaha, bring it on sucka! Yes, Zilla is setting me up with an EFI system for next year. That should give me the edge. Good, I'm gonna need $5 for your entertainment fee. Probably not exact same, but pretty close. I'm 180 pounds and I'm guessing Zach is 140 or less. There's a pretty good weight difference there. Honestly, I hope Zach wins it and goes faster. Those would be some insane fast times because I know how tough it was to go as fast as I did. If someone can go faster, it should be for a pretty good show and some killer wrecks, because at those speeds and determination levels, there are definitely going to be wrecks. Just think about how drastically the ATV times have dropped in the last 5 years. I can remember running 5.0 at New Ulm and now I'm down in the 4.1 and 4.2 range pretty easily. A second or half second on the hill is a huge difference. Once you get into the big motors, gaining time gets harder and harder because it's more of a challenge to put the power down. It has to be the right combination of tire, gearing, suspension, swingarm length and lane choice. I'm pretty pumped to have been part of the ATV hillclimbing standards in D23 along with Josh and Stephen.
  13. Of course it was luck. Same kind of luck you had at Nationals by me wrecking. You should write a book of excuses, because after next year when you DON'T beat my records, you're gonna need to refer to it.
  14. I've seen your bike.. I'd give you a 100 foot head start and race you in 1st.
  15. Keep my personal life out of this dick! Blah blah blah.. There you go again with the nonsense. Honestly, you should come back when you're ready to be logical. My biggest competitors have always been, in no particular order, Stephen Clark, Josh Perry, Brian Childs and Rick Prebe. Those guys have beat me more times than you have! You're just lucky you never really had to ride against any of them in addition to me.
  16. Red Wing record setting run
  17. Hahaha, MY ego? You're the goofball that won 2 hillclimbs last year and think you're the best! Sorry, but 7>2. Prove me wrong then! Use your big motor next year to beat MY hill records. I'm saying it won't happen. What excuse will you have after you don't? Here's your goals... New Ulm - 4.1 Mankato - 4.7 (straight up) 6.0 (jump and turn) Red Wing - 6.1 Proof... Mankato and New Ulm record setting runs
  18. Like Brian Childs? You can have it.. Honestly, Nationals means dick to me and most everyone else. Hell, the AMA barely recognizes it. It's one hillclimb once a year. NO ONE will remember that.. Everyone will remember the fast ATV guy in D23 that set hill records, won KOTH and fucked shit up.. And his name is Tyler Clark. I seriously doubt you will ever have a hillclimb record like mine, so you should definitely shoot for one like Brian's.
  19. Oh, I guess I should've added some more info.. I have a One Industries helmet, Alpinestar Tech 6 boots and Thor riding gear.. I figured since you're copying everything else you might as well dress like me too! The ONLY problem is that you're still not going to be as fast.. And it will be proven next year when you don't beat any of my hill records.
  20. Hahaha. You should quit school and become a clown, because you make me laugh.
  21. Now which is it, you need the biggest motor or you don't? You won Nationals with a smaller motor right? You're starting to contradict yourself. Try to keep your excuses straight. And you're copying the BEST to a tee. Big motor and even using my builder! Same swingarm from the same guy I use. Same tires I assume? They say imitation is the best form of flattery. Haha.
  22. So next year when I beat you with the same size motor, what will your excuse be? That I have more riding experience? Better setup? Your shoelaces were untied? You had to poop? Just curious?
  23. By the way, one hill doesn't show what kind of a rider you are. That's obvious. But if it makes you happy, yes, you're the National Champ! I didn't beat you at that one. But I beat you 7 other times this year. I'd rather have my 7 wins to your 2.
  24. I have a National Championship goofball! I won the 4-stroke class on a bike I've never ridden before! Not bad I'd say. You're right, it would have looked worse. My 10mm Cub was faster around the corner so I wouldn't have lost that one to you. It was faster everywhere else too. Why do you keep saying hills are different? The only hill that has changed is Red Wing and it would have been easy to run faster than you there too. I ran a 6.7 there 3 years ago to your 6.6 last year. So that makes mine faster since its easier now, right?
  25. I don't need to win Nationals to be the best. Talk to me when your hillclimb record looks like mine. I'm sorry but half a second at a hillclimb is a HUGE difference. Hilldrags?! Who the fuck said anything about hilldrags? Kind of like you bringing up track riding, talking about stuff that doesn't matter. New Ulm and Mankato are identical to the way they were 3 years ago. Red Wing has changed but I was still faster back then. Besides my 10mm Cub times are still faster than your 10mm Supercub. Let me know when you beat one of my records. Until then, I'm still faster.
