I'd start with 27.5 pilot, 300 main and needle clip in the middle. Air screw ill end up at .5 - 2.5 turns out. I'd do a wide open throttle plug check with the 300 mains and see what the plugs look like. Black = rich. White = lean. Tan = just right. Then you can adjust from there. The 27.5 pilot should be right on.

I agree. It's hard to argue the truth. Unfortunately I won't be able to make even half of the hillclimbs this year. I'd really like to run the whole series but time won't allow for it. But when I am there, you better ride your ass off.. After all, I am the D23 champ two years in a row.

BansheeHQ Ride at Little Sahara will be October 4 or October 11, 2012. I haven't decided on it for sure. I kind of like earlier to keep it away from Halloween and people that make yearly Halloween trips.

I have a matching black brake lever to this clutch lever. If someone buys this guy's for $55 I'll sell mine for $25 shipped. The set of these normally costs $165+.

Is this a 70mm bore motor? I thought the Servals were just 68mm bore? I would go big bore. I ran big bore on my 10mm Cub and it had a ton of power everywhere.

I won't be able to make all of the climbs up north next year. There are 9 hillclimb weekends in a 3 month period. In June and July the climbs are 3 weekends in a row. I have to drive at least 6 hours each way and the furthest climb is 10 hours from me. It's just not feasible that I make them all. I will however attend a few that I like to climb at.

I'll be at Snakehunt.. April 12.
