  1. I have this one also. I thought it was 16psi. Its about done though it's startin to let coolant out the overflow under a hard pull, i switched with back to the stock
  2. Sorry, carb. Forgot you had said a single
  3. Do a compression test and see where your at. Since its new to you it would be wise to remove and clean carbs, write down jet sizes and do a leakdown while your at it.
  4. Only way to know what kind of crank you got is by having it apart. Why do you want to bore it? Dont bore unless you have too
  5. Remove it and replace stud
  6. You need to do leakdown if you just changed your reeds. You could have an air leak there
  7. Hell yeah. This is a bad ass build
  8. Truth here^^ I' ve been dealin with a head gasket issue myself. Your head gasket (possibly head) is prolly junk. You may get luckier than me but i bet your head is warped.
  9. A puddle is one thing but tryin to make it a jet ski is another issue. I cross creeks and go through small puddles if need be at times and im runnin pods, several guys i ride with are as well, but we dont go blastin across foot deep water either
  10. From the picture they look like bolts that some body installed instead of studs
  11. You need to measure the float hieght
  12. .030" milled should put you around 150ish. Did on mine anyway
  13. Did you have the carbs apart while they were off? Float bowls are very easy to swap. Also should do a leakdown and make sure you have no leaks around the reeds

  15. Welcome. Your wallet will forever hate you lol
  16. Nevermind, just read back through post, crank is junk, personally I would go 4mil cause you gotta buy a crank anyway
  17. If you want to stay with stock stroke, send your crank and cylinders to a builder, let THEM tell you if it needs bored or not, let them get your pistons and match them excalty to your cylinders. Also get crank checked out, if all is good definatly have it welded. Or talk it over with them if you want to go 4mil. Get your cylinders ported to your riding style. You can get .30 milled off your stock head to put you at about 150psi and can still run pump gas. Or you can get a head with replaceable domes. This will make it a fun ride for a while
  18. 350 mains with no porting?
  19. ^^excalty what i did. Jumped on the first pos i found. Shoulda saved some jack and keep lookin.
