  1. I woulda thought if someone tuned it with the slides backwards you would have extremely small mains and make it super lean when the slides were corrected, wouldn't have expected a 340 to even run
  2. Clymers might be a decent idea
  3. As stated in your other post, try a 27.5 or 30 pilot
  4. How long was it ran with the slides in backwards? Was it tuned this way? Its something to keep in mind that when the slides are switched it is extremely rich (I did it once and it wouldn't hardly run it was so rich) Somebody possibly could have jetted for this and made it super lean now that the slides are correct
  5. Any questions you got; go to google, type question, followed by banshee hq I doubt there is anything that you can't find the answer too this way
  6. Get a clymers manual
  7. Did you get the TORS delete kit like stated earlier? Get rid of that shit on top of your carbs and use idle screws from the kit, run them in until you get it able to idle then worry about your pilots/air screw setting
  8. Make sure your cable has enough slack so when you turn it don't put tension on the cable
  9. Do a google search on this, there is plenty of info out there. Sometimes your clutch release arm wont work quite right if its lined up with arrow on case. I had mine set with the pointer and arrow lined up but would kill it everytime I put it in gear, and it was near impossible to find nuetral. I adjusted the clutch to were the arm is to the left of case arrow and haven't had a problem since. As tricked stated, check you eccentric adjustment
  10. http://www.bansheehq.com/technical-information/ Lots of good info here
  11. If your keepin it, I would send crank and cylinders to builder of your choice, let them tell you if your crank needs work and what needs to happen with your cylinders. Be a good time to port it if it aint already
  12. Thanks guys. This is exactly the answer I was looking for. Just wasn't sure if i should run resistor cap with "R" type plugs
  13. Thanks for the info. So what I was getting at was would I be ok to run resistor caps AND resistor (BR8ES) plugs or should I run the resistor cap and non-resistor (B8ES) plugs? Or would I be ok running resistors in both? I guess this is my main question I know this has been debated over and over, I been searching and have read all kinds of different shit.
  14. I been searching this, I need a straight answer I am going to get new plug caps, I run the standard BR8ES, which I know is a resistor plug, does this mean that I need a resistor cap or not? I have came up with several part numbers, but most I find are resistor caps, I am confused as to why I would need resistor plugs and resistor caps. If anybody had a NGK number that they have ran I sure would appreciate it
  15. Decent deal ya got goin on. Should end up with a decent trail bike for cheap
  16. http://www.dfn.com/agservices/elecfaq.html Is this what you read?

  18. http://louisville.craigslist.org/snw/5024608327.html Twin 350 so its a 700 lol
  19. Before i switched to pods I had a K and N in a stock airbox with no lid, main was at 330 and was perfect about 70 deg.
  20. 380 is huge. Mines ported with pods and im at 350 and its a little rich
  21. Ive got several decent rides with mine, i had a head gasket fail and was pressurizing the cooling system several weeks ago, so i dont know if that had anything to do with it crappin out or not. The spring and seal all seem ok

  23. I ran 13 41 for a while, i couldn't imagine anything any lower. 13 43 would pull stumps. I liked the 13 for the most part but some times on a hill climb you'd be wound out pretty tight but need more speed and second gear wasnt really an option. I switched back to 14 41 and think thats the best of both worlds. May have to play the clutch a little more. I dont know the number of links, but i had to take 2 links out going from 14 41. Also i got a stock swinger and with takin 2 links out i had to modify the bottom bolt groove on swinger to allow carrier to move forward enough.
  24. ^^supposed to say switched out with stock cap
