Radiator got hot enough to smoke the remaining moisture off, from when I washed the quad earlier. What I was gettin at was if your impeller is not flowing coolant, I wouldnt think your radiator would get warm enough for this^^^ But like I said ive never had one fail so im only assuming. A good impeller is for sure not a bad idea though. Actually just ordered one myself

I ve never had a impeller fail, but I would imagine if it had failed, your radiator would not get hot as you said it did to steam off moisture from you washing it

Possible bad head gasket. I just went through the same thing. I did away with my coolant resevoir so it was very easy to tell when there was too much pressure in the system. Mine never did it at idle or when revving either, only under a decent pull. Check your plugs for moisture on the end

I had the same issue after a complete tear down and re build last year, finally adjusted clutch to where actuator arm was to the left (as your sitting on bike) of the case arrow. After that, fine tuned it at perch and all is good

I dont have any before pictures, (lost my phone that they was on) nothin special just was a complete mess and had blue plastics that was trashed

Not sure about wirin a tether, somebody will know, but to by pass the key switch just run the black and red/black stripped wire together

Follow wires from key switch, black and red I think, unplug and splice together

I would try 30's and see how it likes them. How is the idle now with the 35's? How does it act with air screw adjustements?

Sounds like you answered your own question. 35 is huge with no port, may not be the whole issue but it's a start
