  1. Right a treasure hunt. I wanted to avoid splitting the case until this winter. Mainly because I don't know what I'm getting in to. Probably not a good tho
  2. Garbage! I poured the rest of the piston out of the pipe
  3. and the only marking i can make out on the good piston is a "G"
  4. trying to upload some pics of the carnage. not sure how
  5. Blew the top end in my banshee. Right side piston is demolished. Not sure if its been blown or bored before, I just picked it up a few months ago. Is there marks on the top of the pistons to indicate the size? Also should I split my case to remove the small pieces of aluminum from the piston?
  6. Hey everyone thanks for the add. I just bought an 03 banshee. I've never owned one before. I did a compression text the other day and both cylinders are about 110psi, is this ok? A friend of mine says I should rebuild it. Plus it idles real low. I mostly trail ride with the occasional sand/gravel pit. Just wondering where I should start. Thanks for the help.
