  1. Take a look at the pressure plate where the frictions contact.
  2. What style of lockup are you running?
  3. What about the spacers? One behind basket, and one behind boss?
  4. What kind of fluid? Sounds like plate wasn't clamping all the way. Could be the plate is all the way against the inner boss keeping it from clamping.

    Stock Left a-arms

Sell you a whole set of stockers.
  6. Well we know you aren't going to get any faster. Still be waiting on your prototypes...
  7. Pictures?

    WTB Axle

I have one in good condition.
  9. I'll send you a set.
  10. I got one, hook you up.
  11. I have a used set. I'll sell you.
  12. I'll be waiting around for your prototype...
  13. A trap door and variable transfer? They've already done that, it's called a four stroke... Maybe you should research how a two stroke works and the concept of them.
  14. Stepped to what manifold? Look at every well designed two stroke pipe ever made. Tell me they don't step. Stepping the header on a four stroke works because it scavenges exhaust.
  15. Still waiting...
  16. ^ good advice there Colby...
  17. Check the gas first, then pull the plugs.
  18. Word loco. I'm pretty sure some guys from k&t went to UAE to watch some of their builds?
  19. Think about a ported speaker box. Too big of box = no port velocity = no spl. Piston is the speaker, crankcase is the box, transfers are the port. There is an optimum case size for a given bore size, and transfer size. To big of crankcase would lose you some velocity even given how air flows from high to low pressure. If someone actually set down and did some calculations, I think one could tune the case to the transfer ports.
  20. You should get your motor set up for the 4mil before even thinking about jetting. You could have it dialed in perfect, but without porting for that crank it won't run well. If you have some sweet cast stroker pistons, all circuits are lean.
  21. I think you would be better off using AutoCAD to actually draw a new designed rod. Current rods available have weak points.
  22. More pictures of the flywheel?
  23. Lets see some pictures.
  24. You had plenty of people reply in your other thread in wanted, why start another in the wrong section?
