  1. Everything has been shipped. Bump for what is left, I am open to offers.
  2. This issue is odd for sure. If it were lean from a leak he wouldn't be dumping fuel out the pipes. Did your powerjet adjuster back out? It could have something to do with temp and humidity, but they would have to change drastically for it to just fall on its face over half throttle. What does your spark look like with the plug out and someone kicking. Could be bad grounds.
  3. Are you running 9 heat range with a tight gap? Seems like you could be blowing out the spark. How much change in ambient temperature?
  4. What plug caps did you buy? What plugs are you running? Make sure the wires don't have any corrosion. If they do cut some off the end till they look good.
  5. If you have an air leak your plugs should be showing it, unless it happened on cool down when you had lunch. What did your plugs look like before the issue? Still have plating on them?
  6. Try a different cdi? What did your plugs look like?
  7. Swinger sold. Thanks guys. Still working on getting everyone's parts packed and shipped. Swinger and paddles that is.
  8. If it's deep might just replace them. If not I use steel wool for finer work. If it's rougher use sand paper then use steel wool or a finer grit paper. After most pitting is removed I then use a high speed buffing wheel with coarse compound then work to finer compound.
  9. Talked to crankworks on Monday, they said send them the bearing and they will send a new one. Stand up guys for sure.
  10. Hard to say since they are big bore. What pistons are in it at the moment? Usually have a part numbers on the crown of the pistons. I see the crank is stock stroke and rod length. Probably have to run a blaster piston and have domes cut for them. Then of course the jugs need ported to match the stroke.
  11. Simple, torque monster dune bike with a short rpm range. I have thought about trying it, but pump gas is cheap and you can make plenty of power with it.
  12. Paddles and shocks SOLD! Swingarm pending. Top.
  13. List updated. OBO on some parts.
  14. It's a little noisy when spinning it by hand. Kind of has a little thump to it like a ball is catching the notch on the inner race. Here is a short video of the bearing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ytnv4q1lpgw&feature=youtu.be
  15. Finally have a couple updates on the rebuild. Got the crank back from crankworks. It looks good, but I'm not to sure about one of the bearings. I'll be calling them tomorrow to see what they think. Picked up a set of used cylinders and had them bored for some new pistons. Still have to chamfer the ports a little. Tore the bottom end apart and not so surprisingly found a bent rod on the other cylinder. The trans seems to still be in good shape, just had some wear on one fork. I spent a couple hours cleaning on the filthy cases and got them painted last night. Still need to clean up the chassis a little bit and deal with the harness routing. Had a carb acting up when the motor came out, but have yet to get to that. Could be a powerjet or something. It was running a bit lean and acted the same on both cylinders. Other than that small list, should be up and running within the week hopefully. Hope this crank doesn't hold me back any longer. Here are some pictures of the old crank, cases, cylinders, etc.
  16. PM has been sent to all interested. Bump.
  17. Good doing business with you. Bump. Make some offers, tired of looking at this stuff.
  18. Couple more pictures added. Bump it.
  19. I have a set that I may not use on my 4mil. Be a little bit before I make up my mind, because my motor is blown apart. Should have it built in the next week or two.
  20. Bump. Great carbs for a 10mil or larger!
  21. Have a set of 14s posted in a thread. Lmk.
