first ones eere machined nice but they cracked from the broken bolt which was my fault. bought new cases and had them machined again. all good to go now
alot of people have never raced on the bigger steep hills. sure alot of rollout and paddles may get you moving quicker but it can really drag you down on the far end in the higher gears if the setup is wrong. 73+ro 11 haulers i think was a good place to start for the setup i got. got a nice collection of sprockets also
i talked to packard and k&t about what tires to use. if they dont work they dont work but atleast ill know what direction to go. on flat 300' surely i could run more tire but ill mostly be on a big hill
lsr chassis, jj&a axle, 11 haulers with blue labels that i lightened up alittle, cascade seat, shaws, cuervo throttle, brembo caliper, made the tank myself
ya if you never go off road they probly wont rust. check out the power fold up stuff they look 100x better. cant even see them unless you get under the truck
I take it you never go off road ? those steps are the first thing to get smashed and get you high centered. amp research has some sweet power fold up units
I briefly looked in that direction but it just didn't make sense for my situation. wanted something along the lines of a jeep rubicon that could haul a dirtbike or atv and pull a small trailer. I see ford finally decided to go with full boxed welded frame
i dont know about that. the link i posted has some very good info on the subject. if your planing to smash into trees then it wont make a damn bit of diference what your aarms are made of
