  1. Unfortunatly I do not have a pic. If you have the stock mikuni carbs there is a (stock) black tube from carb to carb. There are actually 2, but one is fuel supply. You can use any polyurethane 1/4 tubing as a choke tube. Home depot 4 bucks. If it won't idle (yes the washers are important) the you can sync the carbs, adjust the air screw 1 1/2 out on each and try that. Wildcard has TORS elim kits if you have the big boxes on top - highly recommended mod. Resync, adjust and ride. Please list your mods and we can help more!! Adam. Manual download below
  2. Well you have some choices. If you go Vito's you only go super stock on a non ported motor. They are weisco pistons, cut 1mm on the front side to mimic an exhaust porting Otherwise call a sponsor pay 187 + shipping and get wiescos. Adam
  3. Works 60% of the time all the time!!
  4. Oh, you can download a service manual below and have all the specs!! It's recommended that if you remove the basket change the foldin washer on the clutch basket. Adam
  5. Pool man has some quality parts there. I went with the new shift shaft from fast. It is modded and allows the shifter to travel a little farther to put it in gear. If you hav a modded star do not get te EZ spring. It will jump outta gear on you. My claw moved a huge amount and I had gear jumpin problems. So with shift shaft mod, EZ spring and no star mod I shifted like butter. Adam
  6. Hey all, I did a quick search both site and internet and I did not find what I am looking for. I am looking for a difference in what the different gear ratio's provide. If you were running 300' dirt which ratio would you want, depending on motor size, lets say 421 running on meth for arguments sake. 2.86 is standard gear ratio correct? Would dropping to 2.68 give faster times? Also how much more power would be required for 2.68, and 2.28? Maybe if someone could give opinions on all gear options, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Adam
  7. Pm sent, if we can ship let's work a deal on that Tyson Adam
  8. Im betting your idle circuit is out of sync. Since the pj idle is on the choke it could be your problem.
  9. Quality parts there!! Is that a standard override or duneable? Great price too!!
  10. 320 jets? What is your altitude? Sounds like that's really fat to me
  11. Wildcard is pretty good. All of our site sponsors are! Adam
  12. Yes stock pilots. It is very rare that a stock carb bike will need more than 27.5. Just turn your air screw in a little more. Between .5 and 1.5. You might need 27.5. Just give it less air and it will be fine. There is a sticky in the jetting section. Just look for a setup like yours. Check the manual for the TORS setting. You can dl below. Adam
  13. Pilots are way too big. You should have 25's on both bikes. I would set the carbs for sea level - 1000ft 25 pilots, 280 mains, 1.5 +\- air screw. Make sure the carbs are sync'd. I would do some wot plug checks and adjust do a plug chop when you think it's good and then your golden. Adam

  19. SoCal all the way. As long as you don't live in FL your good! Matt seems to provoke Floridians lol
  20. Jetting should be 260-280 main and 25 pilots. If its hard starting hate to idle adjust the air screws on the carb. With pipes I have found you generally need a little more fuel. Try setting your air screw around 1 turn. There is a dot on the right side of the carb slide. This is for syncing the carb. Paint it white to help see it. There is a window on each carb. On the back right side. When the carb is wot that dot should be in each window. Hope that helps!
  21. I've bought a lot of stuff from Fast. I've supported those who support me. I'm just saying save a buck. Your welcome it's your money. I just can't see spending double on the same item. Been down that road. "Trisha, with looks like yours you might want to rethink your attitude"
  22. Yup, I agree eBay. Save 20 bucks and buy a case of beer or 5 gallons of gas. I prefer the beer, then tell the wife to get 5 gallons of gas for the lawn mower. Make sure to put a little in the lawn mower though.
