according to the DMC website the picture of their banshee with the older style light vs. yours. The mid pipe crosses the frame to the silencer in the same spot or close to the same height. The only difference I see between the two are the rubber bushings to mount the silencer - they are important. solid mounting can cause weld fractures. The other difference is you have a brake light, where theirs only has a tail light. pictures for reference http://www.dmc-on-line.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=67&products_id=323 Any leak in the exhaust between the engine and the silencer is a potential for inefficiency. The two stroke gets its power from the unburned fuel in the exhaust and mixing air into the system has the potential for power loss. Is it a big deal? No, but I would do my best with trying to seal it up. Adam

JD's Customs did a great job on the POW/MIA Banshee Grill. Just showing off his work! Next step is one of his Shrouds and Gas Tanks. Also going to send my Fronts to him for a little aquafusing to draw all the attention to the flag. As you can see in the installed picture on the bike the center mount covers up the "You are not Forgotten" If he would have made it any smaller than it would not have come out correctly and unfortunatly my time in the states has rapidly come to an end. If you are going to replace studs in the cases heat that case up to 200* in the oven. You are going to be breaking studs and they are a bitch to drill out.

How do you ship things cheaply overseas? I had a couple of offers on my pipes but shipping to australia seems to be crazy expensive? While shipping to Canada seem cheap in comparison. What have others found the best/cheapest way to ship to remote locations from the US? Thanks, Adam

As long as you are just looking to get a little bit more out of you shee and not trying to go 100 here are a quick list of what I know Vito's Super stock pistons (you cant port your cylinders at all with this) 8hp +4 timing 2.5ish hp across the curve Welded crank 0 Mods to improve performance: Porting Larger carps Different pipes Aftermarket cylinders These are just a few of the performance mods that a lot of the guys here make. #1 is porting, rejetting and getting your crank welded. Higher hp causes the crank to separate which is bad! If you have questions about who what where when use the search function and you will find the answers you are looking for. Neutral is down because the drum is cut. The cutting of the drum allows the bike to drop into neutral. So its N 1-6. Think about opening your mouth when you have no clue.
