Troyzstang has a coolheaded forsale. It is a Prodesign with the studs. You will need some domes, he has 18cc and that would require race gas at sea level or premium at higher altitudes. The big deal with cool heads is being able to change compression, IMO. This can add performance. They do a better job cooling the engine as a bonus. Domes should be custom to you engine but cookie cutter domes are fine on stock motors. Best bang for the buck, is the adjustable stator plate. 30 bucks on eBay. You can set the timing at +4 degrees on a stock motor with no problems most of the time. Anything more than that I wouldn't do. Est. 2hp gains across the curve. Porting is the best option but you could always use Vito's super stock pistons. The are milled 1mm on the exhaust port which Vito's has proven to add 8hp. The banshee crank I a failure, with porting it is highly recommended that you have the crank welded. Most of the sponsors true and weld cranks for $65 dollars. Under high hp the crank will separate and will eventually lead to engine damage so it should not be over looked. While the 2-1 setup is decent you will also gain more by getting some stock carbs, these can often be picked up on the site for 60-100 w/TORS eliminator kits and sometimes a throttle cable. Well decided today that I am going to bring my shee to Bahrain with me. It's a huge desert. Has to be a piece of sand I can ride on right! Lol. Although riding in the summer will be out of the question. Not interested in riding at 110* with 90% humidity. Pretty much hell on eart if you ask me. You can get them at a local cycle shop for 12-15 bucks. The risk clutch holder u can get on eBay or RMATV. You can also weld a steel rod on a steel dick and use that for a clutch tool. Dl a manual below. Adam

I think the answer is 80% of total stopping power is front brakes. Thats actually a question on your MSF riders course test. Does a dual piston caliper really add that much potential? I mean, touching the back brakes really just locks them up anyways. Adam

Evinrude is an awesome engine, I would have gone with a 1968 1 lung Skidoo 300cc engine. Those put out a lot of power. You really need to talk to Dumbshit because this is more up his alley really. Might want to get his EFI project for that 1lunget!!

It's tucked up under the seat and has outerwear cover so it stays pretty dry. If you want and airbox, a cover and you want a clean look that has as much airflow as no lid. This lid is awesome. Adam

It was explained to me you can make a serval a cub, but you lose everything you asked for in a serval. Torque + power. Cubs have power and RPMs but a lot less torque/lowend grunt. If you want a cub you buy a cub. Adam

I just sold a nice set of T-5's. I had them ceramic coated and tey looked amazing. The silencers were all polished too! If you can fun a cheap set, aluminum polishes easily! Take them to a powder coater and pick a color. Make sure to get the high temp color, reds,blues,yellows I think are around 1200* but the other colors are 1700*. It cost me about 147 with my discount.
