Did a run to check A/F, adjusted clip on needle, checked A/Fagain. Lost clutch. No clutch left. Have FAST clutch, DD lockout and ATF. Might have welded a ball since I have no pancake bearing not sure. Adam

you can order that shit from the yamaha dealer, no one is going to buy some fenders for 1k and 1300 dollar ebay prices. Post pics, post prices or GTFO Adam

T-5 are a great pipe, they just have a certain application. They are great for a stock bike. A huge upgrade from stock.

Page not found, Pictures or it didnt happen Adam

just an observation about the silencers they dont mean jack as to your problem. To check for an airleak start the bike up, spray carb cleaner around the intake and it will cause the bike to shudder like its starving for fuel and dieing if you have a leak. Adam

Ok, this is what we did for my old 2-1 58 pilot/165 main EEK needle Isolate the pilot circuit: Start the bike, let it idle. Adjusting the airscrew(AS), by 1/4 turn increments. When the idle screw is all the way in, start adjusting out. The bike will have a very rough idle all the way in. Adjust out to the point it starts to rev back up, go past this until it revs back down. This will show you where you want the AS set at. Next set it there. Hit the gas and see how it responds. Take it for a spin, not far but 3 gears is fine. If it backfires your pilot is lean, go up to 55 or so and repeat. I am betting the reason it won't idle is you have an air leak at the carb boot where it hooks to the manifold. Back the AS in to about a 1/2 turn out and see how that is. Side note, those silencers sound weird, when was the last repacking? Adam Of note: in the end you want your AS between 1-2 turns out. If its below 1 you need to up the pilot and above 2 you want to drop the pilot.

Take the motor back apart. Use a square screw extractor. They sell them at Sears for under 3 bucks. The spiral kind will break on a bolt that small, then its a pain in the dick to remove that hardened steel extractor. Be careful drilling the bolt out. If you screw it up and hit the case just get the bolt out. There are about 15 different rethreading products on the market you can use. Time Serts are good, Recoils, Helicoils, You can even use EZ Lok if you have to drill out a lot larger. Ez Loks are great, I like them for certain applications.

With your mods listed I would think that your airscrew was out atleast 2 turns. Check the settings on your air screw, 27.5 for those mods is fine but the AS should be adjusted out a little more. I would do a once over, Stator clean no rust, Flywheel magnets for the pickup clean and shiny (sand paper them), pick-up gap at .020. Reeds could be cracked or chipped. Jetting does seem FAT, I was running T-5's Airbox, 280 mains and I was rich on a bike that I sold. 320 with pods seems very fat on a stock bike. Adam

Damn, thats a killer price, if you could get a set of good silencers those are nice enough to sell for 250-300 compared to some of the shit T-5's that ahve sold here. A+ for Builder being Legit! Adam

Its pretty sick, I prolly shouldnt have gone the route I took to get to where I am. Its nearly unrideable at the local spot. Sure, I can put around stomp the gas, hit the brakes, prolly beat anything to comes my way looking for a race, but its crazy, too much motor for a trail rider. I am looking forward to riding it in the desert of Bahrain and playing there. It should be a blast smoking the guys there. What I will prolly end up doing is selling my topend, getting a CUB, a Chassis either from Tyson or Wheelman and entering it in ever drag race around Adam

Jared uses Extra Virgin as I remember! When your using a lockup and you add 2 qt. How far up the window does it go? I see many folks that have oil halfway, 1/4 way and barely touching the lockup. What is correct? Adam

I thought takai coils were awesome for the banshee but we're not getting them because we're assholes. Adam Does is this EFI shit even together? Did he even get it that far? -
As long as the carb on the right looks like the carb on the left you can tune it to your cylinders. 26-31 are all I would do on a stock stroke cylinder with T-5. I would go pods and outerwears, Wildcard has them for under a hundred. Grats on the shee man!

I have one if he doesn't. Complete intake and cable. Adam

Ok, a quick ride report. 10mm Serval CUB Stock Tranny +6 swinger Airbox 35PWK CPI Pipes First off, this thing is stupid. Putt around 3rd gear, hit the gas shift to 4th, hit the gas shift to 5th - brake. Ran out of trail, field or whatever had to slow down either way. 3rd gear is a death trap, if you have any traction it wants to flip over backwards. 4th gear it wants to spin, spin and more spin or it will wheelie and keep coming up 5th gear with a little bit of preload it will wheelie and level out just in time for me to slow down at the end of the trail/field. This bike would be great back in VT where I am from. Ride the roads all day, climb gravel pits, outrun the cops. I can't wait until I get this thing to the desert and in some sand. Its pretty crazy riding it. I appreciate all the work from FAST and Wildcard getting me the parts to put this together. Adam
