  2. my bike runs fine and everything but it is very boggy and does not have the power it should, it does have power but i feel something is stopping it from being what it should be. my bike is completely stock i just rebuilt the top end and got a little port job, nothing major. i am running stock pipes, stock carbs, stock jets, and no lid on my airbox. is it my stock pipes? i feel like it has power but cant let it out because of the stock pipes
  3. i found jets on the intake hole of my carbs.. they are stock carbs. but when you look at the intake side on the bottom of the circle there is a jet. those jets are different sizes.. is that bad? what size should those be? one is 30 and one says 1.6 .....??? and also on the carbs, on each carb on each side there are like those breather holes, are there suppose to anyhing attached to those? im not talking about the choke ones, i got those connected
  4. do you mean the jug gasket? and no he did not and no i did not do a leak down test.
  5. any ideas on the starting issue? it still wont start right now i just tried. and when i give it a little bit of gas while kicking it over, it sounds boggy.
  6. yes the smoke problem is fine now, just the low compression, and starting problem. it starts up cold fine, then i ride it for a few minutes and shut it off. and immediately after that it will not start up. until about 30mins later.
  7. i did use equivalent to re seal the cases and yes i went across the back of the crank, i watched jlsparky7's videos on youtube. he has many banshee videos. and what do you mean by the plugs on the bottom of the cylinders? nothing is leaking on the cylinders.
  8. i sent my cylinders out to herr jugs racing and got the cylinder bored and honed to the next size and ports cleaned up, and kevin from herr jugs sent me back a top end rebuilt kid.
  9. when i do a cold start it will usually start up and run. then if i drive it for a few mins then shut it off. it wont start back up. i have to wait a little while.
  10. so first off i did a topend rebuild and once i started it up, it smoked a lot and burned oil. so i split the cases and replaced all the seals. one of the crank seals was the problem because it was damaged. so i thought this would correct the problem but i guess it didnt. after putting the new seals in and starting it up, it smokes a little bit, barely so i think its okay. but the compression is only at 100psi. and my elevation is 470ft. also when i try to start it, sometimes it will start first kick, then another time it could take over 30 kicks. another thing is after replacing the seals, i reused the metal head gasket. could that be my problem? could reusing that cause the problems i am having? i would appreciate any advice or info, thanks everyone

  12. What does going to a 4mill or 10 mill actually do? I know it's a different crank but what specifically changes? Do you have to change the cylinders or pistons? Can you run a 4mill on a stock top end? What are the performance advantages when going 4mill or higher
