  2. ^^^This Ive got alot of time and money tied up in this thing and I dont want to burn it up cause I didnt spend 50 bucks. I was thinkings about a trail tech vapor, but I dont see anyone really raving about them on here. I like them because they have the warning lights for temp. Can you see the TTO at night?
  3. Thank you for the link. I know that searching goes a long way, and i do alot of searching on here for a lil research and ideas. BUT.. I like talking about banshees in general, and I like have a conversation with the members of this site. I like the back and forth and the feedback.. im sorry if that annoys you and all man, but this is my hobby and I like to discuss it.

  11. Man I wish I had those.. but 225 for carbs.. then I gotta buy intakes.. possibly air filters.. and it's getting way outta my current price range. thanks for the suggestion tho You wanna go halvsies? Lol
  12. So I've got a set of stock carbs w/ tors deleted. The guy I bought them from said they were bored out. Anyways, they over flow... constantly.. gone through rebuild kits, new needles, adj the floats to the point that I ran a cylinder dry and coulda possibly ruined my motor.. My question is.. what to do about the problem. Can you send carbs off? Anybody wanna work on them? My mods are in my sig, I might could use bigger/better carbs, but I can't spend more than 100-200 bucks. Should I just buy another set of stockers til I can afford better? Anybody wanna sell me a decent set cheap?

  14. Don't work.. Buy new or buy rebuild kit?
  15. I think the jetting is good. It ran hard before the incident.. also yes I have a sync tool. Still feel like there's something else I should check. . I think I'm just being a pussy cause I dumped a bunch a $$$ into it, and then it hasn't run but an hour since. .................
  16. My carbs constantly overflowing so I'm looking for a cheap set of stock ones to make it through til I can afford new bigger ones. Are yall sure there's nothing else I need to check... it was pretty tough to start after the lean incident, but I think that might be my shitty carbs.. but I dunno...

  21. My head has been shaved by fast.. I thought those numbers sounded stock.. maybe a little low b/c of shaved head and port job, but I was happy with the difference in the two..
  22. Ok so from reading through old threads I'm not sure if I did this right.. here's what I did.. Hooked up compression tester in one side.. Left the plug in the other cylinder.. kicked it like 50 times with the throttle held open.. then switched cylinders.. Old threads say use a long adapter? Warm it up the running temps? Take the plugs out?
  23. So apparently the leak tester I bought and my compression tester didn't make the trip after my recent move.. balls.. So I made a new leak tester, and bought a craftsman compression tester. I'm gonna let the sealant dry over night, here are the compression numbers. Left cylinder - 125 Right cylinder - 120
