A arms are not the same, yours bend I'm the front and mine are straight. Ill def try the ball joints you and can mentioned.. I'm gonna measure them with calipers this weekend.

no pics, at least on mobile.. and when you click on the item number I get page cannot be found.. but I reckon that def says modquad made arms.

Lol it doesn't look like that anymore.. those are 3 yr old pics.. but I'm thinking about dropping the money fort new alba arms.. but nothing is really wrong with these, I just don't know what they are, how to measure them, what ball joints to buy.

Man i googled and can only find modquad bushings.. no a arms...

I would really appreciate it if you would take a pic or two so we could compare. If they are the same then I def need that part number.. what about the tie rod ends, would they be the same?

Where do I measure to find out what mine are.

I'm going to use this thread for my suspension questions.. Riding: mostly open fields, back roads and some trails, hopefully a little duning in the near future. Current set up: Stock frame Stock swing arm Ohlin fronts Rebuilt stock rear Unknown a arms Unknown rear axle Question #1: I have unidentifiable a arms, but they are aftermarket. What/where do I measure to find out what they are. What does +1, +2 mean. What does full flight a arms mean. What does long travel a arms mean. Thank you guys in advance because I know usual will be full of excellent info on this.

Freeyellowbanshee did one for me and did a great job. This past weekend I did my own.. not very difficult at all.. Dremel tool is all you need, and a glass place can cut you a piece of lexan.

He was a big fella, I'm 230.. I had them valved to my size by mattscss, but man.. They just don't feel right.. do good shocks make this thing ride plush or am I over estimating old tech

I didn't ride it much before rebuild.. I feels good when you just sit down on it, like it would ride real nice, but when you get out on the trail it beats you to death. I changed grips, and they don't have the circle shaped guard on the inside end of the grip anymore and my thumb and index finger are cut up and bruised from my hands beating against the throttle and clutch clamp. I just don't remember it being that terrible.

Not sure about spring rate but they supposed to be valved for my weight. Is that what you mean?

When I acquired this bike it had Ohlin front shocks on it. I had them rebuilt, and now I feel like I feel every little bump. I mean it just rocks side to side terribly. Could something be wrong, or are these crappy shocks? I've done some research and people say good things about these shocka but most of the threads are from like 2002.

I think I might, ill check the garage tonight.

Did a little bit of math a few minutes ago.. about 650 for maier plastics and one dipped part shipped.. 750 for all dipped parts plus shipping.. might be right about just getting new plastics.. dunno why that never crossed my mind

I did watch that video a lil while back.. I already painted my plastics with krylon fusion, so that adds sooo much elbow grease into the equation lol

Sooo the bottom coat, ir the base coat or whatever.. can you just get your plastics done in that stuff and then clear coated.. or is that a stupid idea.. I really only want the piece of plastic the grill in it to have the patterns, but I want my plastics to look new and shiny.. is this doable with aquafuse and/or is there a better route to take??

Is 25 bucks a good deal.. No master cylinder tho..
