  3. Trade you a banshee for a stand up. Miss my super jet. Depending on elevation you should be around 120ish for a stock shee.
  4. When a piston breaks due to slapping the shit out of the egg shaped cylinder, you may have to bore the piss out of it to get back round.
  5. GOT IT WINDY... to op, Gotta do the cam mod. It's where you advance the the exhaust cam 1 degree. that way you can mx, drag and trail with just one machine....
  6. 70hp to the wheels will take dune/drag porting with stock welded crank, MODDED TRANS, billet clutch basket, drag pipes,and some tuning. not a fun combo on the track, not perfect for the trails either. I put together a stock cylinder 4 mill with Pasion racing port job for a good fat curve. made 70 hp with cpi pipes and stock carbs. That combo cost me $1300 doing everything my self except the porting and that was with stock basket and me cutting my gears so it would shift under load. If you have a weak port job or mx I doubt you will hit above 60ish.

  11. To the op, there is a lot of variables to a port job... Do you know what it was ported for? Dune? Drag? MX?? I think you said you have toomeys, pc's or whatever, What makes you think its ported at all? with out proper port measuring you don't know what you got. And seeing your other posts you will fall under the category of " My banshee always blows up because I put together motors but have no idea what a dome is or how to do a leak down test". Don't mean to come off harsh, still kinda drunk from last night..

  13. take a pic of the top of the piston and post it . I cant find anything with number.
  14. Don't go overboard with the grease cause when it compresses it can possibly crack your cylinder. Use common sence. Lithium works great and is not so thick.
  15. I use oem nuts with no problem. There is an o ring at every stud any way.

  18. And what 4 strokes are you having trouble beating on?..stock 450s or with 3 mods?..
  19. Stock stroke with 67 mm piston should be a 380. What's the limits on a stock cylinder? 66?
  20. why does it have a license plate? Is that somthing you do in your area. maybe have dmv run the plate..
