70hp to the wheels will take dune/drag porting with stock welded crank, MODDED TRANS, billet clutch basket, drag pipes,and some tuning. not a fun combo on the track, not perfect for the trails either. I put together a stock cylinder 4 mill with Pasion racing port job for a good fat curve. made 70 hp with cpi pipes and stock carbs. That combo cost me $1300 doing everything my self except the porting and that was with stock basket and me cutting my gears so it would shift under load. If you have a weak port job or mx I doubt you will hit above 60ish.
