  2. good luck i have bad air leaks on my head it sucks siht gets mest up evry time when i get it rebuilt ive spent thousand and allways went back for the same low budget parts and it still runns like crap for a 5 minutes let me no if ypu find a nice engine for my banshee ive been looking or 24 years for a good one thanks you and buds
  3. i can rebuild my engine a million tomes and i fill it with coolant and it still leaks my builder said it was wobbley buy hand it sounds like iom up the creak abd have to go to stock but they dont do that work and im acrewd ,it looks like i dont he=ave any options unless i buy 10 new machines for my next 10 joyrides im stumped

  7. i ran the vito kit and it sucked nothing but problems it went like a bat out of hell then went tits up i would recommend taking down for rings and gaskets often mine need to be rebuilt and re plateing takes big bucks i should of got four kits as spares
  8. im going to run 21 domes with 28mm carbs 4 mm stock stroke @ stock porting and 92 gas with drag pipes my builder said it would be a wast to run race gas on the build but thats him but ill see on that good luck bud i have a set of 35 ask i like on my drag cyls but my builder did not want to talk about them in my next build he cant get twent hours out of his builds im mistic fried on what to do myself i have bad luck all the time so good luck dude
  9. well its time to ditch the msd and go with a pvl or i have to invest in some spare engines hay i make mistakes to and the 11 ohms was on the pickup coil when the engine was not running which would make it 14.5 on idle @1250 rpm to 17.5

  11. i had the same problem a mest up crank and detonation from water on the pistons bent up my plugs they were grey and cooked after 60 hrs.
  12. well i was wondering how wsm pistons are made of its all i can get for like ten bucks a pop i was told they nead rings every 20 hrs
  13. i would rip the top end of the try some eel needles and some 6o pilots and 180 mains you could have a busted water pump gear and water on the pistons melts the rings and you can spry dow the engine with water and cover it in baking soda then stert it to find a air leak just clean it good firs with brake clean good luck bud.
  14. are wsm as good as they say they only cost 30 bucks a piston with stock gaskets which is shiatsu can i bust them or fry then in a heart beat if not ill blow my crap a couple times in two tanks of gas

  16. your going to a more light switch power-band with a eek if you want more go to a eej to be safe it won't melt a piston like myself
  17. well i melted cast pistons an exploded forged pistons in 20 hrs you can really mess the build up i think cast is the way to go just don't over rev it tell it cast pistons expand and scrape the cylinders and seize tight

  20. 28 pwk is jjk jek jjg if I'm right and they run tiny mains like a 200 oko carb a cel needle is for the 66mm bores
  21. ya it only cost me like 1 grand in damage and it don't have a scratch on it it would be nice to no how to test it in the instructions yourself i was told mine was way of by my tests.
  22. well i used a cel and dek needle with a 35mm ask on a big bore sleeve nikasil that was stag three port . ill just go rich i don't now my 64 to 66 cool head domes will let me now if I'm oko on my 28mm ask oko japan carburetors i hop they have the jats for 333 alt like a 152 jet or something i will find out . with 21cc stock domes.VF3 reeds and t 5 pipes
  23. mine lost 5 psi on each side my rings was stuck after 20 hours
  24. 28mm ask japan carbs 333 altitude 64 to 66 cyls 4mm crank stock ports vf3s reeds mid or top end pipes air temp 60 to 30 air temp in alaska what jetting you think is good and i am going to run a cool head and wsm pistons i have two set of cyls to use t5s or CPI & pods & and my loco builder don't no anything about banshees I'm stoked ha ha i was told to rebuild every 20 hours lol.
