To start, I am about 200', so our elevation is about the same. I run stock carbs for now, VF3s, uni foam filter no lid,and pro circuit pipes. I had a few issues in the late fall with a lean condition, so I bumped it up to a 330 which was rich, so now Im down to a 320, and its way better. So were very similar on our setups.
As far as the carbs go, If you remove the airbox, you can see your slides for the carbs. To start off, just make sure they are in the same position as you let the slides rest, and that they both instantly pickup equally as you hit the throttle. Obviously there more advanced ways to set them up, but its a good starting point.
