  1. Unported 4mil, K&N, FMF Signature series, Vito's reeds. 310-320 depending on temp, 27.5 P, @1 1/2 A.S., middle clip. Little rich but safe.
  2. Got that ^^^ right can't tell the trolls from assholes. To OP, do you have spark or not? Clean and tighte, all connections and grounds, trim 1/4" off plug wires, install cap with dielectric grease, wouldn't hurt to grease all connections. Coil mount clean/bare/tight? Stator poles rust free? Timing "nubs" rust free. Pick-up gap set? Also IF you actually read the Clymers there is a general trouble shooting section.
  3. You're going have to be more descriptive or post pics of where the leak is.
  4. While you're cleaning them check jet size and post that up. Could be wrong jetting. Also, every machine is different, all things being equal, one might like 1 1/2 turns, the next 1 3/4 turns. It's called tuning.
  5. Kicker idler gear/bushing/C-clip
  6. Trail riding and drag are totally oppisite, which do you want?
  7. Stock carbs? Bowls on correct carbs? Choke crossover tube on? Float height correct?
  8. Is TORS and parking brake brains disabled?
  9. Make sure there is no rust on stator poles and flywheel timing nubs, set pick-up gap .018". Was recent thread dealing with grounding, was suggested to run seperate wires from units either to main harness or directly back to engine.
  10. Half that have done it don't like it, the other half won't admit it. Do a little search on here and see for your self. Do a little measuring on a yfz and Banshee you'll see why. Banshee upper arm is ahead of lower, YFZ is oppisite.
  11. SHYSTER TO THE MAXX
  12. proof? You are only second in hill climbing.
  13. there are Banshee arms on Egay made for yfz shocks, wether that would make a diff, who's to say? By the time yo get them revalved, will it still be cheaper than some works? No matter what, they are still to long on "normal" Banshee arms.
  14. Had to go back through to see what I may have missed. That blue cylinder has poped up before during DIY porting threads. I believe it was done as a joke, or someone was an uneducated fucktard. You make $50 an hour and the guy making $75 spanks your measly paycheck and sad ass banshee, what do you make of that? Why is it an overseas member ports their stuff and gets acolades, but if you're here you're treated as a fucktard? Double standard. Tricked Carbine mentioned (in another thread) of several "builder" motors that didn't perform up to standards, but nothing was said of that. Why so? WHO on this forum actually holds a record, etc? 2nd. place is only the first place loser. No matter what you have, how much you spent, no matter who built it, there will ALWAYS be someone faster. I enjoy MY hobby the way I chose, and if you don't like it, O well.

  20. Slide cutaway facing air box? Choke cross over tube on? Bowls on correct carb? One with "BB" on front goes to left carb.
