Tim will make you whatever you want.
  2. List all your jets/settings. Lid/no lid?
  3. I'll bet if you disconnect switch you'll have spark. I do believe you need a normally open switch, in otherwords when the switch is "on" no current will flow through. Just looked at Clmers manual (handy to have huh? ) and switch breaks connection (open) ground when "on"
  4. Hit up JDS Customs , site sponser. They say he can make about anything.
  5. So you have already done this and tried it and like it?? I figured if you can trench you're cases by hand this is easy
  6. What kind of carb is it supposed to be for? Maybe pics?
  7. I have a dollar says you have a deeply grooved basket not allowing proper disengagement , maybe engagement also. Also possibly out of adj. When you have it apart you can file the grooves on basket. Closely inspect the external shift mechinism for wear and adjustment. NOW FOR MY RANT If you are to cheap to buy a Clymers, find a download manual. I'm tired of the age of entitlement where everyone wants everything handed to them. Understandably the search function isn't the best here but it does work OK. If nothing else scroll through threads manually. Follow threads, you'll already know what's wrong and how to fix it when it happens to you. These machines don't take a rocket sceicencetist (sp) to figure out, ain't nothing more than a big weed wacker. If you have more money than sense, then be my guest and take it to my favorite, prefered mechanic. Ask for him by name at the service desk, his name is Ben Dover. RANT OFF
  8. Way to long. Banshee is about 13 1/2 or so, 400 ex is 15 1/2 or so. Sorry, that mod only works on Blaster. Rear shock is actually good, it's the fronts that are poop.
  9. Last action was same day you joined Hope it's what ya need. Still looking for tors kit?
  10. http://www.blasterforum.com/sale-18/stock-wsm-piston-43600/ This is NOT mine, just trying to help. If interested I'll do what I can to help getting contact info.
  11. !. Welcome to BHQ !! 2. Buy a Clymers repair manual or find a downloadable. 3. Read and follow threads, especially repairs&mods, jetting.$. When in doubt refer to #2, then ask. 4. Use search function, no matter how bad it is, it still helps.
  12. Take the float valve needle seat out. Take a Q-tip with tooth paste on it an polish the needle seat, do it several times until there is no dark crap on Q-tip. Then clean toothpaste off. Also inspect needle valve closely, should be no grooves or cracks.
  13. free bump
  14. Pride and or greed. Got in a hurry. At least he won
  15. So you trenched the cases by hand for the 10mm crank?
  16. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=149966 Almost to bottom of page is picture of three gears with the "dogs" cut out. Also good pic of modded shift star, see how points are rounded off?
  17. I had Miilinium do some sno-mos for me and actually got my Wiescos from them. I can recomend them, work was flawless. They also do repair work/welding. I think U.S. Chrome also does this type of work.
  18. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=149977 Check this out, this will help you until you split the cases. Maybe someone will post a pic of a cut trans (hint) . It's something that a good machine shop could do easily, maybe who trenched your cases. Worse case you could do it with a hand grinder, you did do your own porting. Get your brake fixed? Might get new disc from Yamaha? Might start thinking about some bigger carburators.
  19. At the very least check side clearance, up+down, side2side of rods. Specs and procedures are in the manuals.
  20. What changes to air flow did you do while you were rebuilding? No offense , but you sentence structure leads me to see you (had) ported it?
  21. Don't know what "their" definition of "professional" is , but when the big boys spend over $10,000+++ on just an engine, I would think that would be the one to R&D or at least test the product. JMHO, your results may, and will vary. How long does it take you to put two coils on any way Schweet97Z ???????? Took 11 days from when you first started this thread to "mock" them up, it's been 12 days since then. What are you waiting for, Christmas? Must be it's tomorrow Maybe 2012???
  22. I would split the cases, you're only talking 20 nuts and bolts. Try to find a parts washer you can use or pay to have it cleaned. One grain of sand will destroy a bearing. Lots of difference between dust in the air and sand, 80 grit vs 2500. Please do not use gas as a cleaning solvent, you are inviting, no begging, for a disaster to fuck you up . And I'm not talking about a stupid motor. Use diesel or kerosene only.
  23. http://www.flotekperformance.com/ Good before/after. You might not have the boysen/wormholes on the side tho
  24. Have to pay attention to what carbs they are running. VERY roughly speaking a Kehin 150 is about a 300 Mikuni, A Kehin 50 pilot is near a 25 Mikuni. No two bikes are same and we can only get you close. Before anyone flames me notice I said VERY ROUGHLY JMHO, your results may and will vary
  25. I'd do leakdown BEFORE you tear it down to be sure that's the problem
