I read some old threads and people were saying they were getting it for 2.50 a gallon. Has the prices just gone up or what. I'm in Vegas and most the petroleum places I called sell VP which is expensive. Any secrets or what?

I Hooked up shock directly to the swing arm like the dude I bought it from did.
The bike is jacked up high now. And when I sit it squats almost to tires
I understand should get it revalved and sprung accordingly but won't that jack it up higher.
Pretty broke right now so an expensive shock can't happen. What are my options

I've rewired my bike a few times and know it very well
Checked resistance on red /green 19.9. Good ignition
Checked whitered /white green. I forgot what I got but it was goo
Checked yellow black. Which is lighting and got nothing.
Checked coil. And read .4 which is high. .37 is the limit
Ima plug my coil into my buddies shee to see if that's what it is. In a few days. But just seeing. If anybody ha any info
