  1. Welcome to BHQ! Whats the history on the bike? Do you know everything that has been done to it? I would start by checking the compression. Do a leak down test. Change trans oil and put some good stuff in there. Clean air filters. New plugs. Check jetting and make sure its properly jetted. Sync carbs. .......the list goes on and on. It sounds like alot, but its pretty basic stuff. You'll learn alot on here, its a great place to be
  2. I run the Boss radiator. So far so good! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Boss-ATV-Racing-Banshee-YFZ350-oversize-radiator-/150580613524?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item230f4dd194
  3. Yeah that makes sense, they do match up on stock intakes. Good to have if running bigger intakes it sounds like
  4. Mine are staying on
  5. X2....I love my clear hoses. Hit nastyracing^ up they are awesome hoses
  6. Running stock intakes...are these stuffers even worth it? I've always heard they work better with larger intakes and carbs....
  7. Congrats on the new rides! I don't have any experience running alky but you can use the search function at the top right of this site. There is lots of good reading on alky. As for normal maintenance I always make sure my air filters are clean, clean and good quality transmission oil, change spark plugs every so often, keep jetting spot on and carbs synced...etc.
  8. My setup is very very close to yours. I ride at the same elevation as St. A's here in Utah. I run 310 mains, 25 pilots, needles second notch from blunt end(top), air screws 1 1/2 out. And honestly if the weather is real warm the 310's are still a tad on the rich side. But I prefer to run on the rich side. At 5000 ft up here, you can get away with pretty small jets. I would drop 2-3 sizes on your mains and see where that puts you. I've seen ported bikes out here run even 290-300 mains....just depending on port work. Although I run pump gas, not race gas. I do have 19cc domes, but at this elevation with those domes race fuel isn't needed IMO.
  9. Wildcard Aggressive Dune Porting, CPI's, +4 Timing = 65HP
  10. I would throw some black wheels on that
  11. You'll be happy with any site sponsor on here. I had Brandon at Wildcard port my duner and I couldn't be happier
  12. Welcome to BHQ Josh!
  13. +4 on the timing is safe and what most guys run. Like the other guys said, stock carbs work just fine on a ported motor. I still run stock carbs on my wildcard aggressive ported stock stroke with great results. Porting your stock cylinders will give you big gains over what you have now. I had Wildcard Racing port mine and I couldn't be happier. If I was going to run a different setup than what I currently have....It would probably be a 4mil Serval.
  14. Yeah, the larger radiators are just thicker. They still clear everything no problem.
  15. Nice!! I'm a big fan of slammed trucks. Love the GM's
  16. I love my +4 Stellar with 10 paddle haulers. The +4 dunes really good, but still does great when dragging. In my opinion the longer you go, the harder the bike will be to dune....Now if you drag alot more than you dune, go for a +6 or even a +8.
  17. X2 on running worse. I ran out of pump gas while riding so my buddy gave me some 50/50 mix of 110.....My bike ran, but it sure didn't run the same. I'll stick with pump since I'm not running high compression.
  18. It really comes down to what kind of riding you do. I've build my bike to only ride dunes....so everyone is different. First off just start out with your basic bolt ons.....pipes, filters, head, timing, reeds...etc. Then you can start the real modding from there. Suspension is very important, if your good with how fast you banshee is I would put some $$$ into the suspension.
  19. Well I know who I'm sending my cylinders to
