  1. Check for shorts. Also, I've had good luck with the Tusk bulbs.
  2. Both are sick cars.... The twin turbos will make that thing fly. Keep us updated on your build and upgrades
  3. Nice find and welcome to BHQ! You won't find a better site around. If you need any parts or anything make sure to consider a site sponsor on here
  4. I like haven't the best of both worlds....fun and fast duner banshee, and nice four stroke for the wife to cruise on. I wouldn't trade my banshee for anything though.
  5. I think that is the wrong size. I haven't had any fitment issues with mine, and I went off this: http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=99502&st=0&p=857531&hl=thermocap&fromsearch=1entry857531
  6. Best thing to do is pm VegasJeff on here....he is the seat master.
  7. Clymers...have never even looked in a Haynes.
  8. Aren't the Mull ones still not available? Last I checked they where suppose to release those forever ago, but still haven't......
  9. You can run the 20's with no issues and you'll be fine. I prefer and personally run 21x12-8 haulers on my 65HP duner....I like the taller size over the 20 inch haulers.
  10. They are cheap and well worth the insurance. I think they run like $35 or so.
  11. No that is not dyno tuned. But when Brandon at Wildcard Racing build my motor, he told me I would end up at about 300-310's......and with 310's it runs like a champ!
  12. My bad, I read that too fast. Yeah, throw some dual's back on and be done with it
  13. You'll be happy. A ported stock stroke is fun IMO. Jeff does great work. Unless I'm blind, I didn't see a pancake bearing on your receipt list? I would have him do one while the stuff is apart. I'm running a ported stock stroke from Wildcard Racing and I love it...fun bike and just wait until you feel the power difference
  14. Chariot is the only way to go IMO. I've had great luck with every product I've bought from them, and Jerry is always more than helpful. They sell a standard impeller, or ultra flow. They are both great, I run the ultra flow. They also sell a kit with the bigger impeller, easy drain cover, and water pump cover...thats what I run is the kit. Check their stuff out: http://motors.shop.ebay.com/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p3841.m570.l1313&_nkw=Chariot+banshee+impeller&_sacat= You can also buy Chariot products through other site sponsors like, Wildcard Racing, HJR...etc.
  15. It just won't idle? Do you have stock carbs? Tors removed?
  16. I've ALWAYS ran Klotz R50 at 40:1 with no issues at all, it is great oil. Few things to check: Compression Plugs Choke Tube Also, what is the jetting? If it is too lean you could have caused some issues.
  17. Sounds like it needs some work. Let the complete tear down begin!
  18. Welcome to BHQ! Post up some pics of your banshee......
  19. The axle will slide out. Easy stuff
  20. There are WAY to many variables with motor setups, porting..etc. Stock carbs will run well into the 65HP range with no issues at all. The biggest thing you don't want to do is over carb. I think its funny when guys throw some massive 35mm carbs on a stock ported motor. If your not ported I would spend the $$$ on that before even thinking about carbs. Just my .02 tho
