Move your needle second notch from the top (blunt end). I bet that helps alot.

Have you checked to see if your impeller and gear are moving freely? My friends bike was getting abnormally hot....ended up having a melted impeller gear. I run a Chariot impeller and a Mull billet impeller gear.

Yeah I love mine, great bike and lasts forever. I have a blast on it as well and have never had a problem with it in the dunes, I'm only about 145-150lbs tho. Its no racer, but fun to cruise on and the torque is nice as hell.

My wife rides a Wildcard Racing built Warrior and she loves it. Got some decent motor work for a warrior and some skat trak haulers, she can go anywhere and its super easy to ride. I wanted a Raptor 700 for her, but didn't want to spend the $$$$.

If its just sitting there idling for 5 minutes, yeah its probably getting hotter than it should be. Either way yeah, the radiator gets warm after just a minute or two.

yeah stock is 14/41. 90HP is very reachable and not super hard to do if you have the money. Hit up a site sponsor on here, any of them can build you a 90+HP bike with no issues. I've been very happy with Wildcard Racing doing my motor work

Yeah there are some cheap built bikes on ksl around here. If you don't like the powercurve the CPI's give you, I think you would love some pro circuits. We will have to go ride sometime soon, you can ride my brothers banshee. He runs PC's and its got some great low end, and pulls hard on top. But if you decide on some T6's, I bet my cousin would work out a deal with you on a trade.

I looked into powder coating the stock front end awhile back and from what I read, its a no go.

Welcome to BansheeHQ! That looks like a LE "Limited Edition". Black plastics...black frame...I think thats about it. If you look at my signature pic below, mine is a 2006 SE "Special Edition". Mostly just different plastics and what not. Yeah, 4K is a little steep IMO for that. Depending on your location you should be able to find better deals around.

If your going to port down the road I've heard the T6's work best with stock porting. But if your looking for some T6's my cousin has a mint chrome set I bet he would work out a trade for your CPI's...

Hit up Tim at Stellar, he may be able to get you that one piece.

Few things I would check first is air leaks, or a jetting problem.

Welcome to BansheeHQ! X2 with Larry, you probably don't need 105 octane. Check your compression to verify though. As for premix oil, I run Klotz R-50 at 32:1 to 40:1. As for the trans, I run Klotz Flexdrive. I'm a huge Klotz fan and won't run anything else in my quads. But everyone has there own preference on oil. You can run atf type f, but from what I've heard it needs to be changed ALOT more than normal trans oil.

If I'm just cruising in some of our smaller dunes here I'm always between 2nd and 3rd too. On the backside is when its nice to open it up and feel some 4th and 5th gear pulls.
