Im pretty sure as it gets warmer you will need less octane. Cold air is more dense

On our old 91 we cut off all the threads,drilled and tapped a hole for a large grade 8 bolt,ran it that way for 5 or 6 years

There are a lot of differences between the rz350 engine and the banshee engine.

I have always ran single 33 or 35mm carbs,dont let anyone tell you they wont work right. With your similar mods i always ended up in the low 40's for pilot. I think 42 was what i used on my last bike with similar mods.

You said they said "the cases HAVE to be cracked",Did they show you a crack or break .So are they really cracked,and if so are they cracked in a way that makes them garbage? Sheesh bad shifting could be as simple as an adjustment or two. Ive seen all kinds of cases with little breaks that can be used.

I bought a frame off of him last year for my 4mil build. The subframe was really twisted and made you feel like you were riding slightly sideways. I just adjusted my tie rods a little and the bike feels great now,I got it cheap and fast and couldnt be happier. Also the frame had a few repairs on it,but they all look professionaly done.

I ran a chinese ebay radiator with no troubles -
That chassis looks heavy

cpi sells a kit,but its not listed on the website. You get 2 sleaves and a head. The sleaves stick out of the top of the head,and the head fits over it.
