  1. Nice videos! Best luck to Justin!!
  2. Good job Justin!! That´s about 2 bars HUH! I need to play with a pressure more . How long is the swingarm? (sorry if the info was already somewhere)
  3. Best luck to Justin! If you need to use so high pressure, why you are not using harder compound? My A.R.-sd23 bites hard with 6-14 psi, and I think they have too much bite for my power/ clutch handling. Please, take a video if you can.
  4. damn.. congratulations!! You´re getting closer and closer. Right now I can see the difference between using knowledge and experience or just "power". May I ask you sir, what kind of pressure change was made? My guess is, with better new clutch you add more pressure -?-
  5. Pic #1 has a light grey thin coat ? Can that sleeve been nicasiled? jmo..
  6. I was wondering the same thing earlyer today, but didn´t want to be the first one to ask: "What was the question?"
  7. Dremel angle head will not fit in to a 64mm cylinder. That was a reason to get that cheap Snap On 90.
  8. Why most people say, that you can´t use a Dremel to port your cylinders? I have a cheap Chinese copy of Dremel(with a "wire") and in my opinion it works just fine. I use Snap-On 90 for transfers.
  9. When do you know, that you can actually accomplish a "port job"??
  10. Explorer won´t let me copy/paste anything, but there is a stock dyno curve in dyno-section. Posted by Sloryder. It was 35 + dust. "Randon dynocharts bla bla bla"
  11. I re-read your post. I guess I´m not the only one having some issues. Do you have any videos to post? I would like to see how your S-weapon go´s off the line.
  12. I guess my cylinders are now "over ported" and doesn´t work with pump-fuel. There is not enough torque to get my heavy ass off the line, and acceleration is poor. There can be also other issues, but I need to think this more. For the gain, I leaned my pilots, messed with screw and advanced timing from +4 to +5. Also I started from 6psi and in the end of the day it was 6.6psi.
  13. OK, Brian. Here are my numbers from this T&T-saturday. (last year. 12.37/92.6) Yesterday best 13.15/92.6 and after some adjustments 13.17/ 95. Last year my 60´s were 1.65-1.8 and yeasterday all were 2.++. I raced few friends and I can feel, see and taste that I am slower now. I hope this won´t mess your thread badly, sorry.
  14. What is your final gearing? I´m not a pro, so don´t put much weight on my words, but I´m saying this just to give you something to think of. It is very important thing to jet your carb´s good. That is one safe way to keep piston temp down. Another thing is to gear it up and load the motor enough. Sorry my english lol! When you are on 6th gear and getting RPM´s up, don´t let your motor "think" it was/is an easy thing to do. Let it work hard. Avoid over reving it for a long time. I don´t know how to say it better, but I can give you an example. My final gearing can give me a top speed up to 100mph or a little over, but in real life it can only pull 96mph on a long long asphalt strip. So my motor needs to fight against wind/air with my heavy ass on it. Hope this makes sence, if it doesn´t, ignore it.
  15. I know Brian, what you and your crew can do. Having fun is the most important part here.
  16. Thanks Brian. I will do my best, and report back with numbers. Your Secret Weapon is my nemesis. I´m doing everything I can, to be in front of it (as in numbers). I know, that numbers I will post without official slips are equal for a wet fart, but that´s all I have.
  17. Congratulations! I don´t know what else to say. We will have a T&T-day this saturday. It´s a 1km long air-strip, no official timers or anything, but should be a fun day with friends. My personal best (unoffcial) is 12.46- 92.6mph. My 60´s are close to yours, around 1.7. I´m not a good rider so it´s hard to be consistent. Are you using 15-41 gearing? I have 16-42.
  18. Look nice! Do you have more pic´s?
  19. I would take 392 SS CUB before an Athena 392 kit. But I think the 4mill stock cylinder set up, would be better for trail riding. JMO.
  20. Rahola Speed Shop Stage-V FIN porting for left handed persons 450€´s shipped.
  21. I had this few years ago. Check and clean your ground wire next to CDI. Fixed the problem in my case.
  22. NO! Now say one more mothafucking time CD-R with one mothafucking song on it and I´ll mothafucking bitchslap your pretty mothafucking face.
  23. Carb´s are clean, so are the filters.
  24. Are you using stock pipes as they came from the factory, or are you going to open them up and modificate some? Are you going to replace stock reeds? This sounds fun Project!!
