You are missing fuel. Now seriously, is the fuel going from the tank to carb´s? What mod´s you have? What carb´s/what jets? "..as a Project.." - what have you done to it?

In my opinion it looks very good! How much pressure you have in rear tires? They look "balloonish".

Every motor is a little different. In my opinion +4 is good and safe "starting point". I have read, that only few motors didn´t like anything over +2 or +3. I have basic bolt on´s with home made porting. I have custom cut domes, 9mm band, 20cc and 1.15mm squish. 155-160psi. With our "93" pump gas, I have been up to +8.5 on timing without any issues. However I didn´t feel any "gains" after +7.5. I felt a huge gain going from +5 to +7. Mostly I have been around +7 with T5´s and A&S Drag pipes. ..oh - and this is from sea level up to ~500ft above.

I have Driveline HD. I´m very happy with it - no issues.

I bought an used R1 shock and it´s soft as fuck with my +6 swing arm. My friend bought similar used R1 and it´s rock hard with +6 swing arm. I´m pretty sure, that my shock needs maintenance to be alittle better. If you have two same kind of shocks, find someone, who can fix/maintain them. After that just put them on and give them a try.

What manifold you have?

I run 100x80-10 on 4x10 wheels. Those tires are too narrow for stock front wheels (IMO). I think 130x70 or 75 would be ok.

I can´t say or know much, but check your front tire "angles" too. When my front toe and caster angle was way off, I was going left to right.

Many people have done it. Some people do it better, like sleeper06, camatv and Surfrjag (+ others). Why are you raising everything only 1mm?

OP should be happy if sleeper06 will give him some tips. In my opinion, porting is fun and good way to burn time. Right now I have a nice looking set of door stoppers, so my only helpful tip is: Take it slow... putting that cast back is very hard or impossible.
