  1. 1"=25.4mm. 4mm is about 1/6" In my opinion, you can see the difference easily with a tape measure.
  2. ..Oh. For me, it takes 6 minutes to change main jets to my 35PWK's. With single it's faster. My friend has a single set up with 40mm Lectron. It's super fast to adjust.
  3. Most ppl will say: "go with stock carbs". I would go with dual 28 or 33,35 Keihin PWK's.
  4. I'm not 100% sure about this one. When I opened my stock silencers, I didn't find out where or how to repack them.

  7. RD350 hmmm... is it air cooled RD CDI or LC RD350 with(RD/RZ) or without(RD, "Elsie") powervalves CDI? Do a search on here. Your(Banshee) CDI may be OK and you have problems somewhere else. Check everything before burn money.
  8. 06SE_Shee. I have only used stock pipes, Toomey T5´s, A&S and Power Pro drag pipes, so my opinion is next to nothing. BUT, please - do a small and fast search about pipes. All info you need to know is in this forum, no need to find anything special top secret shit anywhere else. Almost every pipe will work with your stock un ported motor, but you need to think where you want that power to be at it´s BEST. (sorry my english)
  9. Are you using stock pipes right now? What kind of riding you do? (most) Are you buying new or used pipes? Are you going to build anything bigger/aftermarket motor in a near future?

  11. tdod101, have you ever ride with un silenced oof pipes? They are loud. In my opinion insane loud.

  14. Yep. Front sprockets are cheap. Go 15-41 first and see how it feels. After that you can fine adjust it with a 40 or 39 rear. Or you can try 16-41.. Go to a main page and find that "gearing calculator" it´s very helpfull.
  15. What size PWK´s? I´m young Padawan in jetting, but I think you could start with a little bigger main jets than 138.(jmo)
  16. I want to give good feedback to Ricky T. (Torres) I bought some Shearer silencers from him. The "for sale" ad was in BHQ FB group. Fast respons to every small questons I made and he shipped them right away after getting his money. Tedder "vouched" him. All were perfect. A+
  17. x2 what everyone have said above + I would check the squish also, just to be sure that there is not too thick base gasket from previous owners.
  18. OK, I need some schooling here. What´s wrong with those numbers? (194/130) My opinion is, if that´s a gas motor, I wouldn´t go over 32bd(nor 194exdur) at first. You can always take them off and raise the exhaust later IF needed. I did that mistake and went up to roof with 35bd with pump gas, and believe me the powerband sucks for a heavyer rider. Right now I have 110% overported door stoppers and I hate them. But anyway, you´re doing good work!!
