  1. No crossover tube, I have aftermarket carb´s. I have jets in them thou´. Gas is turned on when I´m riding. I have dual Pingle and over sized bowls. Pulg cap is box stock and I have comp tester in my tool box. ....I have nothing with it.... yet. Thanks for the good site with plenty of info.
  2. Ok, sorry for my english. I cleaned and cut some shit out of my stock frame, fresh powder coat. I also did a "drag cut" harness and made few good groundings also. I have a home made dremel porting and I have domes cut for pump gas. Starts first kick and idles good. Throttle respond is also good and it runs fine. Arrows lined up, air in my tires and oil in a tranny. Mod´s in my note book and 9 beers down. No help needed!! Thanks
  3. SheeRider 34 -You will loose that race, no matter what you do.
  4. Sheerider34 It is really hard to give you an answer. You can win or loose. Just race and report back.
  5. Tires plays a huge role on pavement. I think your cousin will beat you, but not much. Race him and take a video.
  6. (in my opinion / I´m not a pro) If you take too much out from those 2.nd transfer openings (intake side), you may run out of cast to make those tunnels flow good, and you may have hard time to aim them how you want. I did this mistake and it was hard to fix. =just my opinion.
  7. Andrep, go to a dyno-section and find out. I think the Serval can be ported for more low to mid, or more from down to top. They can be ported to a CUB timings or even to a "Drag ported" CUB numbers/angles/shapes. I'm not a pro, but I think the biggest power will be found from a seriously ported "Serval". Time will tell.
  8. Welcome! Alot of good people here, who can and will help you to burn your money. Now, post a pic of your Banshee and $ numbers.
  9. My friend told me to start from 14 and go from there. Now I´m at 10-12. I use 20810 sd 23 AR, stock frame, +6swingarm.
  10. Here is my frame. 17.3kg (38.14lbs) Just cut and cleaned up, no CrMo. http://s82.photobucket.com/user/TLSB/media/Banshee/024_zpsa37e6ebe.jpg.html
  11. In my opinion those are stock reeds. You need to open your carb´s to find out your jets. Stocks are 25 pilot jet, 190-210 main jet.
  12. I asked the metering rod and size, because my friend has a 350 with T5´s and a single 40mm Lectron. He has 2-6 rod and it is rich down low and lean top. He can tweak it with a rod and powerjet, but it´s not perfect.
  13. I don´t know if you need these anymore, but toked some better pic´s with measurments. 1"= 25.4mm
  14. May I ask what size is that Lectron, and what kind of metering rod you have?
  15. Hahaa, I needed to ask the same question. I´m not 100% sure are they or not PowerPros, but I´m 99% sure about my pipes. Hard to find info about them. I will take better pic´s and make some measurment, so you can compare.
  16. Here are some good pic´s from PP pipes. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=136284
  17. I´ll need to take a pic. Only what I have is this short video. Don´t mind about jetting it´s little of. This was taken just after I put my shit back together. I think you can see the "sharp" corner what I was talking about. hope the link works.
  18. I´m not sure about these. I have PowerPros with silencers. The sharp corner just before the "belly" looks similar to my pipes. I´d say PowerPros.
  19. was it 100$ / -1hp?
  20. I made shims from a 12/1mm copper pipe, and used 10mm bolts. I needed to sand alittle in and out of that pipe, but the job toked about 5 mins.
  21. HAH! Thanks Deadbeat. I tryed to post that, but ....you know.
  22. Find your local Duell. Get a stock one, it should not be pricey. It´s about 17€ here in Finland.
  23. That´s true Coupelx. My calculations were a little off. The shipping from the states is lower. Pipes to France was 85 and that´s same as my OOF´s when they were shippied over here. RagunCajun, some people have deeper pockets than others LOL!. If I have to pay more for shipping, I´m ok with that. I hate that TAX/Customs fee shit. There is a way to go around taxes, but Builders/shops don´t need/ won´t deal with the hassle.
