A 87 bike in peices for 500.00 is actually a really fair price. If it has a ton of aftermarket goodies on it then it is a steal but if it is mostly stock stuff then that is just a decent price. Stock parts are not really selling that well and if you were to put it together and took any consideration of your time for doing that then even if you could sell it for 2,000 you really are not making that much of a profit on it. If it was simply bolt it together with no parts to buy at all then it would make you a good profit. I would say buy it clean itup really nice and give it to the wife.

Pictures are deciving it is actually way more pink than it looks. It is my wifes bike and it has been done for several months. I have no idea how much I am in it I do not keep track for a reason lol.

No they do not need to be removed. You can not remove the bal joints from stock a arms. That is why most people do not powder coat them. The heat from the powder coating will take the bushing out in them but you can chrome them just fine. People chrome stock a arms all the time there is no issue with doing it.

You run into a bike from time to time that wants a bigger main likes your did but he is still running a air box so there is no way he will be up at a 300 that is just way to big.

I have done factory arms with no issues at all. Just take them to a good chromer and it will work great.

I would say the biggest jet you are going to want to run with a stock air box is going to be a 250 or 260. We run 280 to 290 at sea level with dual filters and pipes. 300 is going to be way to big.

I have raced there once but n2ofast4u races there all the time and call tell you much more about it than I can. Jadleybray races there also on a regular basis. I can tell you it is nothing like racing in the sand if you go I would gear down a little and make sure you dont have to big of a paddle becasue it is more of a dirt track than it is a sand track.

22-11-10 8 paddle haulers on wheels. Not sure what brand the wheels are but they are in good shape and not all bent up. Tires are around the 75% range. They are ready to bolt on a hit the dunes. I will take 225.00 plus the ride for this set. 20-10-10 8 paddle haulers on ITP T9 wheels. Tires are around the 65% range the wheels are in great shape no bend in them. I will take $150.00 plus the ride for this set. 20-11-10 Skate II on wheels not sure of the brand on the wheels but they are in good shape. Tires are around the 65% range also. I will take 130.00 plus the ride for this set 20-12-10 Trakkers no wheels with this set. They are about 60% I would say these look like they would make some great tires for you coal hill guys but I am not sure. Never seen tires like these before. I will take $50.00 plus the ride for this set. All the tires that are mounted hold air just fine and are ready to run. I have lots of dirt tires and wheels also if you need those along with tons of stock banshee parts right now.

I think they are great!!!! Especially for people who do not mind there bikes being a turd and running like shit.

Wow you guys are all running a lot bigger mains than I am. I have a 421 cub clean up port with shearer inframes and 34pj carbs and I am running a 50 pilot and a 148 main and have been runnning that setup for 2 years. Make sure you are turning your choke knobs all the way in and adjust the idle with your cables other wise you are going to have a hard time getting those pj's set right.

What numbers do you want?

Just depends on what a person is calling a mx or a trail port. These are what I would call a dune port which is probably about the same thing as most people would call a trail port. Sorry I am not a expert on porting. Cameron at Redline looked at these for me so if you call him he may be able to give you a better idea of what they would compare to. They are a very resonable set of ported cylinders with lots of life left in them that is all I know

I have a set of dune ported stock cylinders for sale. They are at 64.50 right now and I would say they should be bored to the next size before you install them. The bike lost the crank so the cylinders are not hurt but I am going to sell them as needing bored just to be safe. I have no idea who ported them but I did have them looked at and they said the port was just a nice mild dune port. I will load pictures tonight when I get home. I will take 230.00 shipped for them. If you have Shearers on it right now and go to CPI'S you are not really going to gain much of anything in my opion. Sounds like to me you have the wrong kind of pipe in general for your motor and the riding you do. I would be looking more at putting T5 pipes or maybe some FMF pipes on it to really get that low end and still have some good topend.
