  1. I recently switched from stock carbs to 30mm oko carbs from cpw, what is a good starting point on my mains?? It sputters up top now, lost it's top end power! I live in northern ky, have pro circuit pipes, 64.75mm pistons, 20cc domes, billet intake, 30mm oko carbs, stock stroke wiseco crank, running k&n pods, 110 octane, Boyesen pro series reeds, +3 timing
  2. It's o rings, just asking before I put the domes on if domes fit without o ring hanging it's cylinder bore? It's 66mm cylinders
  3. its a pro designs cool head with 18cc domes now, im running a spacer plate on a 4mil stoker, they shouldnt hit im just wondering if the gasket around dome will seal
  4. Thank for advice, in process of building a 4 mil stroker for my brother! Appreciate it
  5. Will pro designs domes fit a 66mm bore or will big bore domes be needed??
  6. will 20cc pro design domes fit on a 66mm bore and seal without leaking

  7. can you run 20cc domes on a .75mm over banshee with v-force 3 reeds and pc pipes on pump gas and be fine..about 800ft above sea level?
  8. no, im new to this site, i have a local machinist who has been boring, milling, sleeving, and pressing for over 75 years, hes always done a great job on past projects of mine!!
  9. alright, thats what ill do, im going to take them to a service shop asap, thanks for the advice, thats a good analogy "The more "love" you put into your banshee, the more love your banshee will give back to you!", i am hoping that because the piston is 64.50mm that the bore is bigger so the piston has clearance to swell up when engine is warmed up!! i dont know how much tho thats why i need pro help lol, thanks again!!
  10. i didnt say it was .050 over, its .50mm over its a 64.50mm piston and the bore reads 64.7 on a caliper on top and bottom, i know i need a dial bore gauge to accuratly measure i was just wondering if it would need bored reading 64.7, i know the wear limit is usually 12 thousands of an inch but im not sure how to convert that to mm!! i think im going to take the cylinders somewhere to get them checked!! it ran when i pulled it apart just was hard to start!
  11. i have banshee cylinders that are .50 over and i measured the cylinders and there 64.7 , is that to far to get new pistons or do i need to get them bored, my compression was still 110 in each cylinder.. just wanting to know if its ok for new pistons or needing bored!
  12. im at 907ft above sea level and just bought pc pipes and am looking for jetting sizes has stock reeds, carbs, and air box, k&n air filter and bored .050 over!!!
