  1. I camp at Florence all the time. Your best option for camping with your family is going to be Driftwood II it is a nice paved camp ground with sites that back up the the trees so if you want to set a tent up you can do that also. Your other option would be sand dunes frontier. It is just a dirt camp ground with no showers so that kind of sucks. Here is the link to the site where you make reservations for Driftwood II http://www.recreation.gov/camping/Driftwood/r/campgroundDetails.do?contractCode=NRSO&parkId=70452&topTabIndex=Search if you have any questions just keep asking my family and I camp all the dunes here in Oregon several times a month.
  2. Jadley just has a honda 70 3 wheeler so you should have no trouble taking him in a race dude I will be there. Camped in site E and running all the drags for the week.
  3. Replied. Still avaliable
  4. I have a nice Pro Design cool head with 21cc domes that are cut for a 4 mill for sale. It is in great shape and ready to bolt on. It does not come with studs or o-rings. I will take 125.00 shipped for it.
  5. That is not the part of the shift shaft you really need to worry about. You need to check both springs on the other end of it and check the little pin that goes through the hook to make sure it is good and tight. If any of those things are loose scrap it.
  6. I agree 100% that the dyno is really just meant to be used as a tuning tool. the number really in the end does not matter as long as the bike is preforming like you want it to. I was simply pointing out that the guy ask for numbers and telling him that his bike is only going to be 40hp is just not right and if any of these people that said that had spent much time on a dyno themselves they would know that.
  7. I actually cut mine back a little bit to fit it in there but I think what you are talking about doing would work great. I agree there is not need for all that metal on top and bottom. If you weld half way around that carrier piece then the pinch bolts are not really going to be able to squeeze it down much. I would cut it back to where you were welding no more than half of the carrier piece into the swing arm.
  8. I just looked through my photo bucket and I do not have any pictures of the ones I have done. I could take some pictures of a aftermarket one that was stock style and I changed it to round house when I get home tonight if you would like.
  9. I have done a few of stock style swingers the way you are talking about. I just got them nice and flat on a good welding table and cut the stock tabs off the back notched the arm out so the round house fit in there good and welded it all up. They have turned out good and have held up just fine.
  10. Ya I doubt that smart ass. You can ask anyone about Redlines dyno it does not throw big numbers. My 421 cub on gas makes 94hp on the same dyno. That was after several runs to tune it.
  11. Good Lord where the hell are you guys coming up with these numbers you are giving this poor dude??? I have a bone stock banshee that my daughter rides the only motor mod it has is a cut stock head. It has LRD pipes on it with dual K&N filters and 4 degrees of timing and it makes 55hp on the dyno every pull. I would say your numbers are just a slight bit off.
  12. Buy it then hit me up when you do. I have everything you need to turn it into a duner in my garage right here in Salem. Like everyone else already said that is basically a duner that just has drag pipes and spindle mounts on it.
  13. I had the same issue with my cub. Even with the O-rings out the pipes would not slide on. I ended up taking some emery cloth and sanding the shit out of the cylinders until the pipes slid on easy.
  14. O lord here we go another new guy that is going to get destroyed becasue of the way he wrote his add.
  15. Why is it a joke that people do not know the answer to every question that you ask?? You will not notice enough hp differance with or without the silencers on the bike to change anything. They do need some kind of back pressure but believe me the 1/2 hp it is going to change it either way is not something you are going to notice on a bike like yours that is not setup as light as it can possibly be for total drag. There does that answer your question?
  16. LOL your carbs are fine do not mess with them. How does the clutch feel when you pull it? If it feels normal just does not release then the plates are probably just stuck they will do that some times. Usually if you work the clutch a few times with it running you will get them to free up.

  20. I have 2 programmers I am selling. One is a hypertech that you simply plug into your pickup and download the tune you want into the pickup. It has 3 settings and works great. I have used it one time. Still have the box and all the instruactions for it. It fits 98.5 to 2002 dodge diesel pickups. I will take 150.00 shipped for it. It was 475.00 new. Second one is a Edge EZ programmer. It is also for a 98.5 to 2002 Dodge it comes with 2 different addapters for the wiring harness. This one plugs in under your hood and has buttons that you adjust inside it for the 3 different setting. I will take 125.00 shipped for this one. I can get pictures of them if you want them.
