well, as they say every banshee responds differently to the same mods. im glad you are impressed with the single carb set up, but i say you throw aftermarket dual carbs on the same bike and then tell us how you feel. im very interested in hearing some first hand experiences with different carb setups.

so have you ever tried 2 larger carbs or are you compairing the 2 into 1 to two stockers? :ermm:

^^^ what he said. mud or water dont mix with k&n pods. it basically depends on where you ride.

so are you saying you want more on top compared to the fatty's or the PT mids? you might try either t5's or PT high revs. as el said, the gnarley's are a bottom end pipe, so you probably dont want those. this might help. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=73648

the carbs were probly just dry from tryin to start it without enough fuel. have you tried starting it since then with gas in the tank?

i always thought the motors were pretty much the same? :ermm: im sure the only reason the rz motor seems to have more hp is because its goin to one wheel instead of two. put the rz motor in a banshee frame and it'll be similar in power thanks to the extra wheel. i could be wrong though. :shrug:

timing plate question

do a compression check. depending on if/how much your head is milled you might have to retard the timing a little. i wouldnt suggest using octane booster but thats just my .02. -

its probly the slide sticking. pull the carbs and clean them. see if that doesn't fix it.

most people that run pods only or atleast mostly ride in the sand. if you plan on gettin muddy or goin thru puddles i wouldnt suggest getting pod filters.
