  1. 1st.) hold up, so you've never takin the bike thru 5th or 6th gear yet you are sayin it goes 133mph? does that mean it goes 133 in 4th? :geek: . also, what are you basing you top speed claim off of? dyno, radar.....etc.? 2nd.) the tires arent spinning on the wheels, there are a lot more powerfull bikes out there that have no problems with tires spinning on the rims. 3rd.) im going to assume that the 13,000 spent on this bike is including the cost of the bike itself from the showroom floor? also, what exactly is your asking price? and last, i'm not tryin to be a dick with these statements and questions, im just tryin to get all the facts straight. i hate it when people falsely advertise stuff whether they mean to or not. . comprende?
  2. word, kevin at hjr does some phenomenal work fo sho!
  3. first i wanna start off by sayin that not everybody is into who has the highest dyno #s. some people (such as myself) just like to see what different setups put up # wise compared to others, i also like to see the different curves that differnt port jobs make. its cool to see the difference between a drag port and a trail port on paper. second thing i wanna say is, your 421 cheetah is only pushin 70hp?!?! WTF? i dont care if its on a factory dyno or not, 70 hp is just straight sorry for that setup. you must have had trinity build it for ya huh.
  4. i saw somewhere on here like a week or two ago somebody modified a set of toomey sparkies to fit their CPI's.
  5. i have had the same set of 10 paddle haulers for like 6 years now and they show no signs of cracking or tearing, though the only time my tires touch the pavement is when i ride thru the day uses and basically at an idle ( just enough throttle for it to stay running and move forward). if while messing around you give it any sort of gas to spin the tires while on pavement or probly even gravel your risking tearing the paddles. it takes a lot of motor to legitimately tear a vulcanized paddle from shear hp. most times when people tear paddles its from dirt drags.
  6. hey hauser, i was browsing the blaster forums (dont ask me why  ) and i cam across a thread about people having the same problems as you. they were saying it had something to do with the key that locks the flywheel in place breaking letting the flywheel rotate. i dont know if this would have the same effects on a banshee as on a blaster but heres the thread anyways-- http://www.blasterforum.com/engine-13/my-b...ackwards-13989/ hope this helps.
  7. weird, those are almost the exact same numbers i had when i dynoed my bike. theres a link to the dyno results in my sig. ive added a set of 33mm pwk carbs since then though so im due for another test sooner or later. when i finally get it dynoed again i'll be sure to post the results.
  8. i would say that your probly just fine with runnin straight pump gas. but if you feel like runnin race gas then you could mix it 50/50. no need to run straight race fuel with just 160lbs of compression.
  9. is it me, or do those say 21 on the side of them? i think you got a set of 21cc domes not 20cc's. :ermm:
  10. no spam here. got one last week and haven't been bothered with one since. sucks to be you guys, lol. pretty sure he wasn't "banned", i think he was just suspended for a while. 60 days or somethin. loco i'm also pretty sure this isn't him spamming 'cause i've gotten spam messages from other forums from the same people as here, but couldnt you just do an IP address check to see if it is? :ermm:
  11. cascade sells them for $319.95 plus shipping. http://67.199.65.66/cascade_innovations/ne...ore_dept_id=177
  12. a lot of nice rides in here fellas! side note: micorps1, anybody ever tell you that you look like steve zahn?
  13. there is no curfew for riding at winchester unless you camp in a campground. if you camp in a campground then you will need to push your bike to the dune entrance to ride and when you get back to the campground you need to shut the bike off and push it back to your campsite when you ride after the curfew. not sure if winchester beach access is closed or not but there is a speed limit on the oregon coast anyways so no beach sand drags either way. there are plenty of places to drag besides the beach though.
  14. haha, damn that sucks bro!! just get it all back together from PC and puttin suspension on it and BAM! shits blown the hell up. this is when you say," fuck it, i'm goin 4 mill!", haha.
  15. haha, so you got reverse on your banshee now ? thats badass!lol i've seriously never heard of this problem before. as far as banshee years go, all years are mostly the same. the main difference is in the suspension. from years '87 to i believe '90 or '91 they changed from a j-arm frame to an a-arm frame, otherwise they have been pretty much un-changed. welcome to BHQ by the way.
  16. you can camp out in the dunes but only in designated sites that need to be reserved. the 10pm curfew means no riding after 10pm. also, if you camp out in the sand then you cant drink any alcoholic beverages. great place to go though as far as dunes and riding go. i know at winchester bay there is no curfew when sand camping which is also a great place to go riding with lots of tall dunes and great tree shots. if you camp at winchester in a camp ground there is still no riding curfew but you cant operate any atv's past like 11:00 i think in the campground its self.
  17. yeah, you're gonna spanke him. infact, it probly wont be very fun its gonna be so easy.
  18. whether this is a good idea or not depends on the kind of work you do. quick question though, you wouldn't happen to be using a rattle can to do all this painting would you? :geek: i'm not thinkin many people are gonna wanna pay a dime for something they could do themselves for a lot less as Gdub stated.
  19. WOW, you took the time to join this site just so you could post that gay response? :shoothead: you're an idiot man. btw, its they're not there.
  20. WTF loco?
  21. i got one too. i highly doubt it was climber. i got one from the same spammer on another atv forum.
  22. yes t5's are better with motor work ( porting, stroker crank, etc..). depending on the kind of riding you do and what plans you have for your bike motor wise, i would just throw those cpi's on if i were you. also, i would say that straight race gas is prob unnecessary. with only +4 timing and 21cc domes you should be fine on 92 or 93 octane pump gas. its not really gonna hurt your bike any runnin straight race gas though, mostly just your wallet.
  23. i really have no guess for hp #s. however i am wondering why you are running a stock crank, stock carbs and t5's with that cub? i would think that the numbers arent gonna be very high and you're probly gonna be a little dissapointed untill upgrade those 3 things.
