you can pick up a nice set of used t5's on ebay for around $350. most people say the 916's and t5's are very similar in the way they perform and usually make their choice based on sound. both are good pipes and i dont think you can go wrong either way you go. :thumbsup:

nobody knows where to get some replacement nets?

what kind of riding do you do? i used to run gnarly's in the dunes, switched to t5's, the t5's are waaaaaayy better pipes for the dunes.

if your shippin them to jeff then i would coat them after. whoever is doin the PC'ing should be able to tape off any openings the powder may get into. if you coat them first, you risk the cylinders gettin dinged up while being shipped. thats my .02.

if your goin with a stock swinger id go with 20X10X10 10 paddle haulers. otherwise you may need a +4 swing arm. if you get a longer swing arm, id go with 8 or 9 paddle 22 inch tires and 8 inch rim.

kevin at HJR for sure! the kind of port work depends on the kind of riding you do. give kevin a call and see what he thinks, builder knows best. if you visit his website(in my sig) and look in the photos section, you can view some dyno sheets when you click on a few of the pictures. kevin does top notch work and is awesome to deal with and will be more than happy answer any "stupid" question you may have.

yes you can run shearers on an untouched motor. you wont get as good of performance out of them compared to the other pipes because they(PC's and FMF's) are made more for bikes with little to no motor work, but as soon as you upgrade to the cub you'll be set. :thumbsup:
