  4. Get some thicker glasses
  5. Google it
  6. Oh yeah i forgot about the tube. My stocks were converted to alky and didnt have them.
  7. I dont but a lot of people would prob disagree with me. I run 39mm PJs, but you do need to ditch the Uni's they dont breath enough for those big carbs.
  8. Take them off and clean them, it prob has gummed up fuel in it. The side hole are from the bowl over filling from the float either sticking or the needle is bad. when you take the bottom off try and blow through the fuek inlet while moving the float up, if you can't blow through it with the float up your needle is good. make sure your floats are good, i had a float with a pin hole in it and it would fill up with fuel and go out the over flow holes.
  9. Pull the plugs and put it in gear and roll the rear tires slowly. If something is wrong you should be able to hear what area its coming from. Can you shift it through the gears? Does it roll in nuetral? Do you have a rod hanging out of the case? If you want to see the pistons pull the carbs and reeds and look into the intake.
  10. Why not change to alcohol, its cheaper than race fuel and more power
  11. Shift forks, not expensive but you have to split the cases to get to them.
  12. PJs are good carbs but PWKs are better.
  13. Does it shake in the front or the back. Back could be a bent axle or bad bearing, tires could have sand in them, rim could be bent. It could be alot of things. when you ask for help explain what you have tried and looked into, that will narrow down what to suggest.
  14. i second that
  15. Why did you marry your sister?
  16. I dont see how a head is going to change the way the water goes through the cylinders.
  17. Do a search on Charlie Ohton before buying anything from him. Ive only heard bad things about him, taking money up front and not delivering the goods.
  18. What ratio are you running
  19. if its stock i run a quart and a half. you dont have to bleed the coolant fill it up and run it then check if it had any air bubbles.
  20. That little bit isnt going to matter. I dont see any pms
  21. A chance please, you should spank him, unless your like 400lbs.
  22. http://www.vitosperformance.com/atv_parts/...=184&page=1 http://67.199.65.66/cascade_innovations/ne...ore_dept_id=267 http://www.whiteknuckleracing.com/index1.html
  23. First I have to say thats a great ass. I would buy a lockout when you go to a 4 mil. I had nothing but problems with the stock clutch set up, and when you lose a clutch plate you are going to lose the plastic water pump gear and prob the crank seal which means splitting the cases. I would also think about a billet basket, just speaking from experience.
  24. Switch the plug wire and see if the problem switches sides. If you just replaced the plugs im guessing you dont have a wire on all the way
  25. The coolant goes both directions, just like a car, when its hot it goes into the bottle when it cools it pulls it back. I live in hot ass AZ and we dont run the overflow bottles. But if you want to put it back on i will send you a billet mounting bracket that i have laying around for the bottle. Just PM me your address.
