  1. New 28 pwk carbs with pod filters, 700ft, pc pipes, vforce 3, billet intake, otherwise stock motor I started with 45 pilots and 150 mains 2nd clip from the top air screw 1.5 turns out. The problem is that off the start I need to give it a ton of gas or it will stall then In first and second it bogs after that it's great on top and the plugs look good. Is my pilot too big? To small? Need some advice thanks!!
  2. A friend of mine has some 28mm for sale I think I'm better off with those lol
  3. Compression is good, good spark I just don't have a leak down test kit but if I had a bad leak wouldn't that effect it when it's going. When I do get it going plugs a great and it runs good
  4. Ok I got these things off eBay so I thought they were 28's but anyways they must be stockers because I removed tors system a long time ago before i bought these stupid things but there is no idle adjustment
  5. I tried in the fall to get this thing going then gave up now it's spring and I want to ride. I have 28mm mikunis 27.5 pilot and 310 main needle in middle 700ft elevation, pc pipes and pods. It just won't start good spark carb tube connected carbs cleaned when I do get it going it runs perfect and starts until motors cools off. It doesn't have idle screws installed... Is this my problem?
  6. Compression is good it's a new motor and carbs are clean I will try a 27.5 pilot and see what happens I just want this thing to run already!!!
  7. This is my problem, my banshee is very hard to start when I finally get it going and it warms up its way easier to start but then it has a hard time to idle unless I keep giving it gas. When I drive it it seems to run perfect My mods are v-force reeds, 28mm mikunis noTORS, pro circuit pipes, K&N pods, 310 mains, 25 pilot, needle in 3rd clip elevation 730ft around 80F.
  8. This is what happened, Riding down the road just when i really started to open it up, it sounded like i ran out of gas. Stop and look gas is flowing out of the carbs non stop. Take the bike home adjust the floats clean the carbs and it will barely start and when it does it will NOT rev at all. Carbs are synced compression is perfect dont know what to do next it was working fine. will having too big a fuel line be some what of a problem?its 1/4 inch inside diameter and i can see a small air bubble in the line all the time. any help would be great
  9. I need a harness for a 98 banshee, i dont have tors or rear brake light so doesn't matter if the harness has it or not. Posted a while ago but no replies.
  10. hey, Just like the title says i need a harness and a coil for a 98. The harness preferably can have the tors system removed as i dont have that on the bike. I am also interested in a stock length swingarm in decent shape. I live in Ontario, Canada so please lets try and be kind on the shipping as some people want more for the shipping than what the part is worth. Thanks alot!!!!
  11. he picks it up next week
  12. My friend just bought a KTM525 xc with a 540 big bore kit. I have just basic upgrades .20/pipes/K&N/28mm carbs/v-force 3/...do even stand a chance a competing with him or is now time for me to build a bigger motor???? thanks
  13. someone please give me a starting point!!!
  14. Just rubuilt the engine and need help on the jetting. When i start the bike it smokes but not alot im mixing a little rich for the first tank. This is what im running: Pro circuits Pod filters boss intake v force 3 .20 pro lites 28 mm pwks at 730 above sea level
  15. Just finished rebuilding the quad but when i put on my pro curcuit pipes the left pipe touches the fuel line. I put on a boss intake, v force reeds, and 28 mm pwks...all wich i never had on before. Any one else had this problem the intake is pushing the carbs out to far. The air filters are real close as well. thaks for the help.
