  1. Trinity heads does not use sealer just o rings
  2. Stock carbs?
  3. That would be the first place to look
  4. No it will not affect the results. You are looking for air leaking out of the sealed area. There is a sticky at the top that has a step by step procedure.
  5. At the top of this forum there is a sticky on how to change a basket. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=85373
  6. It is just like a car it will pull out of the overflow bottle, but in my opinion you dont need it. We ride in HOT AS HELL AZ and all the bikes in know dont run them.
  7. I was ways told if you are running stock ing. you need the BR8ES for gas and BR9ES for alky
  8. Do a search on avgas, this has been a huge topic and many opinions.
  9. I ran 6 hd springs in mine and it was too much went to 3 stock and 3 hd
  10. I would toss the air box and run some K&N filters.
  11. Wiseco has them .080 is a 66mm and .10 is a 66.5mm. How do you know your a t .075, are you sure its not 65.75 which would be .70 and Wiseco does not have that size. If its a Wiseco thats in it now, the last 4 digits syamped on the top is the size in mm.
  12. Its a flight recorder, ever time you jump it records the speed and distance.
  13. One other thing to look at is a blown head gasket, it will pressurize the cooling system and out the overflow bottle
  14. o they dont use regular gaskets they use o rings instead. they are a bitch to get sealed. But you need to look aliitle hard before you put it back together. Why was there a gasket in there? Was it to space out the head, was the guy an idiot that put it in? With the head off roll the kicker to see if the pistons come up out of the cylinders. Or he could have put a gasket in it because they couldnt get it to seal.
  15. My bike is in my sig and running stock gears. I was told 100hp and above is a good idea to run straight cut gears.
  16. Yes and they are a bitch to put the clip back on the rubber. I was talking about the ball joint itself, if it is loose dont bother powdercoating the arms. The ball joints are not replaceable.
  17. Need more info, what kind of riding you do, what you are looking to get out of your bike ect.
  18. Try Sudco they have a ton of carb parts http://www.sudco.com/mikuni.html
  19. The a arms dont have anything to do with the tie rods besides the length if your running stock spindles. There is left handed and right handed thread ones, you will need one of each on each side.
  20. its a twin one was prob up and it could go right past it. with the bouncing around wouldnt matter how new the needle is it will get by. No need to change the oil it two separate chambers. The easiest way to start it when they do that is pull start it, I had to pull mine about 1/4 mile before it cleaned out enough to run on its own.
  21. No they dont come out, I would make sure the are tight because it would be a waste of powdercoat if they are bad.
  22. I'm assuming you mean the sprocket hub, I run a lonestar hub on my 7 mil and never had a problem. Try running a locking hub nut instead of the stock two that lock together.
