  1. The packing is probably all burnt up and it does help a little with ne packing. I run my dg's with no packing because they have and awesome sound to them without it. But to each their own
  2. That's one of my favorite banshee's ever! Even before this post I had all his videos added to my favorites on you tube. I get a big chubby just listening to those pipes
  3. I'll be in moravia this coming weekend (30th-1st) doing a little riding. I doubt you will want to hang with us cause all bring the 4x4's. The snow is just to deep still for the shee and to many rocks and ruts on the trails where we are going. Maybe we can hook up this summer when the snow melts. I usually head out there once a month. I live 5 minutes outside albany if anyone is up or around this area
  4. It reminds me of my neighbors 6yo girls quad? Do you have to charge that thing every 30 minutes of ride time?
  5. Does anyone have a good used air box with the boots sitting up on a shelf they will never use again? If so do you wanna donate it for the price of shipping? Economy is tough right now and I need an air box to get up and running
  6. You could always "Man Up" and not be such a "Vagina"! LOL Just playing. Cut the springs back just a little and it will make it much better. Welcome to the world of twins!
  7. Whats the point of moving the wheels forward? I have thought about getting extended arms but I really just trail/play ride and can I benefit from the forward movement of the wheels?
  8. I went to school for Electrical (commercial/industrial/plc's and controls) but that job market is tough around here so I continue to work for one of the top 10 beer distributors in the country. #4 in the country for Heineken/Amstel.
  9. 1 Banshee (Could always use another) 1 1992 Suzuki LT230 Quadrunner (Great little quad, the G/F's Ride) 1 1988 Suzuki LT250r (Rode all summer and now getting restored and a zilla motor) 1 2008 Kawasaki Brute Force 650i (First new thing I ever bought, has 3 hours on it now)
  10. me to. Pulls from way down low till it dosent wanna rev anymore. nicce broad band. i love it. if you fall off the pipe on this then you gotta be almost not moving
  11. The only thing I have ridden that's a 4 poke and fun is my 4x4. If it farts...Flush it down!
  12. You can make any type of engine do whatever you want. It's all in how its configured and built. Saying a 2-stroke wont make low end is like saying a V8 wont turn 10k+. It can be done, just needs to be set up properly!
  13. I think we all would be really interested in seeing some real numbers on them since everyone tears them apart all the time. I run them with my mods below and they pull hard bottom to top. Do it Snoop...Finally give us the facts. I have been thinking of going to PT Mids or the PC's to really complement my setup but why dump the money if they will only prove to me a minimal gain? Plus these have a great sound and usually can get a nice set for 100 bux and even less
  14. Fuck fat boys 1000cc wet dream and lets see that VA J J :woot:
  15. If your trail riding then ditch the v3's and put dual stage reeds on a set of stock cages. If it were me I would run 28's or 33's to get as much snap down in the low and mid as I could. I would also go as high as I could on compression. What pipes are you running? if you are dead set on the 34 or 35 and have the cash, go with the 35. They are a little better of a carb and a little easier to get dialed in. Also the seperate idle and choke circuits are nice unlike the 34.
  16. I got a stock crank laying around here with a broken rod. Appears to be in good shape minus the 1 broken in half rod. Should only need a rebuild. $75 bux shipped
  17. I;m not sure what gear that is that stripped but if its 5th or 6th and it was my tranny I would never know. Riding areas are pretty tight around here and i have only seen above 4th once in the past year and it was on the road. Pretty sad
  18. it's when you dont hear the "erie cracks" that you should be worried out there. All the cracking and plunking sounds you hear is ice being made below you and heaving whats already been made up. No cracks or plunking = no good! I've been ice fishing and stuff for years but i'll admit the 1st tiem out for the season and your sitting in your shanty fishing and all the sudden a big crack goes my and your seat moves still scares ya at 1st.
  19. I don't know WTF I was doing. I think I was trying to use the IMG code. Whatever anyways thanks guys
  20. Do exactly what snoop just said and you will be all set. I would try the EEK 1st. problem solved
  21. And $170 bux. Cannot beat it. I got one and very nice for the price!
