On stock carbs their is a site hole in the rite side and a small hole in the slide when the throttle is wide open the hole's in the slides should line up with the site holes.
I had my porting done by HJR and am very happy with it. I have never heard anything bad about any of the site sponcers when it come's to porting. If you plan on putting a 4mill in it in the future I would hold off on the porting untill your ready for the 4mill.
Call one of the sponcers and talk to them about the type of riding you do and they will help you with the rite port for you. As far as what dome size that depends on what compression and fuel you want to run. Im have 18cc and run 110 octain fuel.
I agree with you booker. I just ordered a set of 18cc 4mill domes from them, got them put on and couldn't even kick it because it had so much compression. Done a compression test and it was over 300psi per cylinders, sent them back to the builder I ordered them from (he was a dealer for trinity) and they were 14 or 15cc. He had to recut them to make them rite.
Got any pics of the clutch? What kind of parts are you looking for? I have a billet grill, billet bar clamp with mount for lights in it, reeds, stock parts, ect.........If you have an ltr 450 I have some parts for that also.
You cant go wronge with a coolhead. Im running a trinity on mine i like it because you can run stock studs and you don't have as many o-rings to mess with like the pro design. As stated your dome size will depend on what fuel and compresion you want.
110 has stock length rods and 115 is 5mm longer than stock. With the 115 you need to run 795 series pistons they are offset to compensate for the longer rods.
You sound like your pretty close on the jetting. Start with the 330 or even try the 340's and work down you alway want to start rich, 27.5 pilots and go from there. Needle in middle clip, air screw 1.5-2 turns out.
The main sounds close. Why did you rejet, what was your jetting before you rejeted it? I had a bike with simular mods without an airbox and it was jetted at 158 main, 48 pilot, N68a needle middle clip, air screw 1.5 turns out.
Try the 290 and see if it get better or worse. A buddy has a bike with simular mods and he eded up at 280, 27.5, needle in middle clip, air screw 1.5 turns out.
Where are the carbs leaking from? Are the floats sticking?
