  3. Yes i have stock gearing right now. Dropping the front one will give me more bottom end correct? Will the bike run out of gear on the long stretches?
  4. I have a stock stroke banshee that i will be adding a set of MX ported cylinders and bigger pistons. I have a full FMF fatty exhaust with powercore 2 silencers, vforce 3 reeds, +4 timing plate, cool head with 21 domes....I am running the stock gearing right now and ride mostly trails and some MX tracks. What do you think i should change my gearing to> Thanks

  6. What size head and domes would i need for pump gas(91) What should the compression be on a stock engine? How hard is it to install and setup the timing advance plates?
  7. Whats the bigest displacement that i can go on the stock engine case? Also what else is going to be needed to build a higher torque engine....i guess some ported cylinders and a head...how would a low-mid pipe work on a larger displacement engine. Sorry for all the questions but im relatively new to the banshee but not to mechanics...lol Can someone give me some examples of some engine builds and parts needed or som econtacts for engine builders for the banshee.....all my engine builders and parts knowledge involes street/drag cars...lol...Thanks
  8. How can i get 4 stroke torque feel from my banshee...I have v force reeds, FMF fatties, I like the banshee overall but would like more torque from it instead of having it screaming all the time....lol.. Please help me before i sell it and look into 4 strokes....what options do i have.. Thanks
  9. Looking for a set of aluminum nerf bars with black webbing. Would also like to have heel guards included on the bars but will consider ones without.   10. I am getting ready this weekend to have my FMF pipes put on and jetted...I have VF 3 reeds, and a uni filter with no snorkel and air box mod completed. Where should i start on jetting...260-270-280-290??? How about the pilots? I have stock carbs. my elevation is roughly 0-1000 Thanks
  11. I just recently bought a banshee and i notice that the clutch only grabs when lever is 3/4 to full released...Is this normal? How would a brand new bike with new clutch feel???...i would think it should start grabbing shortly after releasing the clutch lever and all the way through to full lever release... What options do i have to get this feel? My bike is a 01 and has FMF pipes, v force 3 reeds, Uni filter, No snorkel, airbox drilled mod and stock gearing...Thats about as far as i'm going for the next few years with it. Thanks
