  3. What do you have? The carrier, axle, sprocket, caliper, and brake hub are from a Honda. It was mounted on the frame like that when I got it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I have a lot of parts I don't need, let me know if your interested in something and we'll work something out. Im looking for a duneable override, fullbore, and honda 250r parts. Just let me know what you have. If you need something you don't see just ask I may have it. I also have a yoshi pipe and a new seat cover for a ltr450.
  5. It's not that hard to change out. You don't have to split the cases, just pull the clutch cover and clutch basket off an it will slide out.
  6. I'm happy with my 4mill stock ported cylinders. It has plenty of power for the trails and the dunes.
  7. The air leak could of caused it, it sounds like it was running lean. Post a few pics of the pistons.
  8. Don't cut it where the crossover tube goes. Cut it on the back side of the boots where it is stoping them from going in place.
  9. I run 18cc domes and 110 octane. My compression is around 215psi. You need to do a compreesion test to see if you need race fuel. I have 3 or 4 sets of domes for a trinity head that I can't use there for a stock stroke crank. Pm me if you want more domes I think they range from 18cc to 22cc.
  10. What kind of parts are you looking for? Can you post some pics of your stuff?
  11. You need to cut the part off the intake boots that is stopping them from going in.
  12. Here's a link that explains jetting "click here"
  13. You should look into a single carb for more bottom end. I prefer Keihins over mikuni.
  14. Does it break up on top end or fall on its face? I would try going up to a 300 or 310 main if that makes it worse try going smaller. Set your air screw at 1.5-2 turns out. To sync stock carbs looks for a small window in the side of them where the slides go in. With the engine off hold the throttle wide open and look through that window and you should see a cutout or a small hole in your slide line both of them up in that window and they should be sync'd.
  15. Check for cracks in your intake boots you could have an air leak.
  16. Does it backfire on the right cylinder, are you sure its getting fuel to that side, have you cleaned your carbs? Check pickup coil gap. Swap your plug wires and see if the problem stays on the same side. Do a compression and leak down test on it.
