  7. Thanks rubberneck, thats what i was talking about. When you take the carbs apart be sure not to mix up the bowls they are different, and don't lose the balance tube its the small black hose that goes between the carbs. The only way to learn is get in there and do it, order a clymers or you can get a yamaha manual free on the net somewhere its a download. Do a search on free banshee manual and you should find it. If you cant find it pm me and i'll find it for you.

  13. Welcome to BHQ!! . Does it still rev when you push the throttle? Make sure the cable didn't break and both carbs are opening properly. Also did you rejet when you put the pipes on?

  21. I got these on a trade, setup for around 180lb. One is bent i called ohlins and they said it will be around $150-$200 to fix it, but if you want to fix it your self the shaft is $70 they said the spring will probably be fine. Let me know what you have, don't need any stock parts, billet, 9-10 paddle haulers, mohawks, ect.........

  23. Do it yourself shop will charge way to much. Check out some of the site sponcers for a clymers manual.
  24. Keep it, you can get a set of used cases pretty cheap. If you find a set of cases order a seal kit for it. Invest in a clymers manual it will tell you what you need to know. Do a compresion test to see what kind of shape the topend is in. Welcome to BHQ!!
  25. I agree^^^^^^^. Pilot jet and air screw control from idle to around 1/4 throttle. Thanks bro! Don't worring about the needles they have nothing to do with starting. Could be. One bowl has a small jet in it for the choke. like stated it also has a small round brass thing in the front side of the bowl that is the one for the choke side.
