    I would do the compression check, and also switch the pulg wires and see if it does it on the same side.

    I would say start about 330 main and 27.5 pilot.

    You should order a set of cel needles, Im running pretty close to the same set up as you, with cel's 48 pilot, 158 main.

    That arm looks a lot like the one i just bought off arfountain, if its the same its a tucker pro-arm. Very nice arm i am very happy with mine.

    If you run straight race fuel i would bump the timing up to 6.

    I think 120 is normal for a stock head, so you should be fine.

    Im gonna give jerseyrider a chance first since its his post. If he don't want them we can work something out. One of the u-bolts are missing, you should be able to pick one up at about any hardware store though. I have everything else you need to mount them.

    How did you do the compression test? Did you hold the throttle wide open? and use the right adapter for the plug hole?

    Welcome!!! Do a compression check to see if it needs rebuilt. Have you checked your water pump gear to see if it's broke? Make sure everything got tightened back up when you put the clutch in. Pull the clutch cover off and check everything out. EDIT: If the engine is that old its most likely time for a rebuild

    It sounds like the carbs are out of sync or a pilot jet is cloged up. How did you sync them? Both needles are in the same position?
