  1. normally it takes around 10-15 kicks, did you have the other plug in? the piece that screws into the head should have the same thread length as the plug.
  2. You should split the cases just to make sure there is nothing in there and to inspect the crank, there could be something in there and cause you to have to rebuild it all over again. Its alot cheaper to check it out while its already tore down that far. Is this your first shee? You should check out F.A.S.T. Racing he is haveing alot of xmas sells right now and will take time out of his busy day to answer any questions you have. You will need a flywheel puller, and a clymers manual will make it alot easier to get it going again. Also a carb sync tool is a must have for a banshee.
  3. Just to help figure out which bolt it is here are some pics. Which one is it?
  4. You would be better off buying both cylinders, you don't have much left on the 66.25, and you don't want to run 2 different size pistons. Ive seen alot of good deals on sets of them on here so a search in the for sale section on cylinders or jugs. Is the crank still good? If its stock you may want to get a new one just to be safe you don't want to get it back together and have it go out on you, you should go with a 4mill, I have a stock head and stator cover if you need it, Pm me if you need any help or need any other things i'll be glad to help you.
  5. We plan to go march or april, should be 10 to 15 in our crew.

  7. Pm'd ya.
  8. I cut mine off, they will rub hole's in your filters.
  9. I have 2 15in kicker comps, and a 1440 watt spl amp one of the subs is new never been hooked up. I need a 4mill crank, ported cylinders, 35pwk's, performance parts billet. Just let me know what you have. I also have 2 12in audiobon's and an 800 watt boss amp in my truck I may be getting rid of. Pics
  10. The hose coming out of the bottom of the tank go the the radiator under the cap. The hose coming out of the top of the tank is the overflow hose.
  11. Sounds close on the jetting, check your plugs so see if your rich or lean, white = lean, black = rich, you want them to be light brown. To adjust your idleing you turn your choke knob, don't use the cable. You should invest in a carb sync tool to sync the carbs its the best investment i ever made. Go to F.A.S.T. Racing (site sponcer) for parts and the sync tool. Oh and welcome to the HQ!!
  12. Its a manual, you should get one b4 you tear into the motor. Check out F.A.S.T. (site sponser). He has them on his site for sale.

Put it on upsidedown? I like works, rides much smoother in the trails over stock. You should look into a set of extended a-arms also.
  14. That hose is just a vent hose, there should be another hose that come's from the back of the cases, they connect together at a T. Yes the cover has to come off to change the impeller, you should invest in a clymers.
  15. I also had one knocking, like stroker is saying and rod it with no problems. Do what stroker is saying and find where it is coming from.
  16. Bought a light off Ted, very trustworthy guy. Hope to do business again!!
  17. Could be an air leak making it backfire, check your intake boots for cracks, you may want to do a leak down test on it.
  18. I have a stock head and stator cover.
