  1. Price's on stator cover and all the other billet peices, v2's, bumper, a-arms, 2-1carb, and 4mill crank. Prices shipped to 72761. Can you list all the price's seperate please? Is the swingarm stock length? pm me prices.
  2. Sounds like you done good on the buy, I just bought an '02 with the same problem for 1100. Good luck with the build and welcome to the HQ  . Oh and i have a lightened flywheel on my shee cant remember how much was taken off but i like alot over stock.
  3. If you get a chance can you post more pics? Do you think it will polish out? Is the brake line for sell seperate or going with the arm? And does it use the same bearings as the stock carrier?
  4. Do you want all black? I have a set of white fenders with black rad and tank cover in great shape. Let me know if interested.
  5. I may be interested in the carrier, do you know who its made by? And about how much shipping will be to 72761?
  6. Let me know what you guys think i should do, I planed on building a trail bike but $$ is a little tight, its an '02 and mostly stock, just has pro curcuit pipes and k&n pods. A rod bearing was out when i got it, and the cylinders need bored, they are 64.50 now and should be able to be bored to 65mm. the fenders are white and rad and tank covers are black and in great shape. Thanks for the help guys.
  7. Throttle responce is great as long its tuned right.
  8. I would say keep the shee, ive lost a couple friends because of dumb drivers that don't pay attention and hit them on the rockets. But its really up to you and what you really want.
  9. What are you looking for in trades?
  10. A single carb will give you more bottom end and they are easier to tune.
  11. I haven't rode the ktm's but hear they are bad a$$, but pretty pricey, i have a ltr and love it.
  12. I think fast is haveing a sell on the longer throttle levers, i have one on mine and it works great.
  13. You can buy an aftermarket throttle lever which is longer, or cut your springs in the carbs down a little.
  14. How do your plugs look? Do you know your current jetting? OH and welcome to the HQ
  15. Are you running pods or an airbox? The only mods you have are pipes and k&n? What is your current jetting? I would say start around 300 main and 27.5 pilot, and work down from there.
  16. Did the piston come apart? If so i would split the cases just to make sure there is nothing in their. And you can also inspect the crank bearings while its apart. Like stated b4 only bore as much as you have to so you can get as much life out of the jugs as possible. Call Jeff at fast he is a great guy and has great costomer sevice. Oh and welcome to the HQ
  17. Im running a set of 34pj's on a ported 4mill and have had no problems out of them, i think strokers carbs would work just fine on your bike Marine.
  18. Get ahold of Jeff at F.A.S.T. Racing (site sponcer) he will have all the parts you need and he is haveing a great xmas sell, and will answer any ?'s you have, as far as boring it only bore as much as you have to, I would say you need to have around 20 to 21cc domes for pump gas. Also you should get a ratio cup to mix your oil/fuel. And i would ditch the yamalube, I like castor 927. I mix a pint (16oz) to 5 gal of gas.
  19. Did they do the test with outerwears on the filters?
  20. Welcome and hope you hope you find a nice shee.
  21. When you split the cases they don't use a gasket just yamabond or 3 bond. Clean the cases real good and put a thin layer of yamabond or 3 bond which ever your local dealer shop sells.
  22. your pilot seems alittle big to me, does it idle and run good 1/8 1/4 throttle? I would say you should be around a 158 main and around a 48 to 50 pilot. Im no expert on jetting im sure someone with alittle experiance will chime in and be more helpful.
  23. First off welcome to the HQ  . How do your plugs look? If you have more jets you should go up a size if it get worse then start going down till it runs better.
  24. I have a set of pro curcuits, they are a great low end pipe. Pm me if interested.
  25. All of the bolts and nuts are numbered, i normally loosen them alittle at a time in order. When you put it back together tighten them in order alittle at a time. Its pretty simple just pay attention to how it comes apart and look for all the little stuff like the clips around the crank bearing and the tranny bearings. You should also order new crank seals if your gonna split the cases.
