  2. dude i would be really pissed off.. those fuckers would own up and send a new crank.. sounds like they are definately not standing behind the product and finding ways of saying that you are the one at fault... if there was that much heat you think it would have taken the rod bearings out on that side also.. probably just some impuritys in the metal when that crank was made... they should send you a new one.. i'd go the distance to try and make them.

  4. they do absolutely nothing (performance wise) thats why everyone laughs... BOOST bottle sure sounds like something that will add lots of power.. thats why its funny... the only thing i have found a boost bottle to do is: vibrate and crack your intake boots casuing a lean condition from an air leak sucking dirt in your motor, they rub you wire harness, they are in the way big time.. i have 2 of them sitting on my shelf..
  5. ran across a stock crank but the webs have seperated on one side, you can see that the rod has more side to side play.. is this something that can be pressed back together and trued/welded??? or is it garbage??
  6. yea.. i noticed that also.. what about the pistons, are they included?? come on now, dont be cheap!!! lol.. i have the same cylinder on my bike and it runs hard.. u got my a little interested.. just worried about that mark on the right bore.
  7. looking for a set of fmf silencers that have the spark arrestors built in.. really only need the right side (clutch cover side).. the old lady's bike has a 2 into 1 pipe and i need a spark arrested silencer to use when we go up to silver lake,,, so it doesn't have to be fancy.. let me know what ya got

  10. man, hate to bust a bubble but a shift star probably isn't gonna fix it.. if its hard to get in gear and hard to shift, sounds like you have some bent shift forks, unless you are making a ton of power you shouldn't have these problems.. if you are making a lot of power just get a dunable overide.. but if its forks i would suggest, new forks, shift drum bearing mod, shift star, and you can have every other dog cut off the gears to make shifting easier.. next time i have my trail shee apart i will be doing this... good luck..

  16. hey man, calm down a little.. these guys are just messin with ya a little.. you will see that 90% of the guys in here are laid back and mean no harm.. a bunch of guys that like to have a good time and bullshit around... so sit back and enjoy the site and get to know some people.. being honest and a good buyer/seller will mean a lot also on here.. a lot of these guys have been a member on here for a long time and have seen people come and go, trying to sell something with a first post and the buyer usually gets screwed.. i am glad to see that you got your stuff and that 12mm is a good seller and was honest... nothing meant torwards anyone personally, wwe just want people to be aware of scammers when they do show up on here.. sounds like 12mm is a good guy so far.. i am happy for both u guys.. and my name is gary, to both of you, welcome to the HQ... later

  19. no.. it mean +2 inches of width on each side (total of 4 ) and +1 inch forward.. so it moves your bike 4 inches wider and moves the wheels 1 inch forward....

  22. WOW.. 12 hours?? who is cutting these trannys for him?? sounds like it wasn't cut right.. maybe it wasn't a dunable,, if it was a regular overide and he was riding it like a dunable that would cause it to go out that fast... good luck in hich ever u decide though..
  23. here is a good word of advice "GET A LOCKUP AND DUNABLE OVERIDE TRANNY".. i have a 392 cub myself makin around 80 horse or so.. it would not shift and ate clutches like they weren't shit.... i just installed my overide and lockup.. i would never go back, and i will also admit that all that power i had was useless until i put the overide and lockout in... it is now a bad mofo to ride.. power is defiantely getting to the ground and shifting isues are a thing of the past... i'll bet you money that you will love it!!!!
